In this article authors describe new supercomputing developing roadmaps, illustrate how to solve Moore’s Law problem. Authors show two different ways of creating new high-productive clusters: evaluative and revolutionary. There are new era so-called “Post Moore”. It means specialists all over the World should together in collaboration create new electronic components, architecture principles, design criteria and etc.
