The essential point of this article is presented as follows: what is the relationship between the aristocratic education and legal education in Brazil? This article aims to discuss educational issues, particularly in relation to legal education. The aristocratic education refers to higher education, as opposed to any kind of mass. Thus, the aristocratic education points to the intellectual superiority through the individual dimension, could she also be applied to legal education? In this vein, the results show that the aristocratic conception of education, conceived in the context of law, ultimately provides a reevaluation of legal education. Given the squalid Brazilian educational scenario, it is necessary a new conception of education that is not sectarian, sealed or moralizing.
