Abstract

The purpose of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is to equip its recipient with technical skills needed for socio-economic and National development; the major challenges faced by youth in Nigeria is issue of unemployment, the high rate of unemployment prompts the Federal Government to establish so many intervention agencies, such as National Directorate of Employment (NDE).
