Investigation of Pesticidal Remainings in Environmental Matricies
Determination of pesticidal recidues was made in this approach. To determine the persistence of pesticides with various activities present in environmental samples electro chemical techniques such as adsorptive stripping voltammetry,cyclic volatametry was applied. Carbon nano tubes paste electrode was used as working electrode. Average amounts for ten replicates founded by using standard addition method. Statistical concepts such as standard deviation and correlation coefficient successfully applied for calculations. In all the findings in this approach all the possible errors are minimised and accuracy is maximised. Water samples of a variety of areas collected and investigated for pesticide residues before and after the application of pesticides.
Statistical Estimation of the Persistence of Pesticides in Water Samples
This is a statistical loom in which to estimate the residual amounts of pesticides with various activities present in environmental samples by employing electro analytical techniques such as adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Average amounts for ten replicates found by applying statistical concepts such as standard deviation and correlation coefficient and in all the findings in this approach all the possible errors are minimised and accuracy is maximised. Water samples of various areas are collected and investigated for pesticide residues before and after the application of pesticides.
A Comparitive Study on the Electrode Kinetics and Mechanism of Pesticides Having Different Electro Active Centres at Carbon Nano Tubes Paste Electrode
In this approach electrode kinetics and mechanism of pesticides having different electro active centres at carbon nano tubes paste electrode was studied. Universal buffer used as supporting electrolyte and the techniques employed are cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry, millicoulometry and controlled potential electrolysis. All investigations were made from pure samples dissolved in di methyl formamide. Peak currents were linear over the concentration range of 10-7 M to 10-12 M with lower detection limits of 1.02x 10-11 M. The relative standard deviation and correlation coefficients for phenothrin, chlorpropham and fenclorim are found to be are found to be 1.30%, 0.998, 1.25%, 0.996 and1.26%, 0.997respectively for 10 replicates.
