Factors Influencing Customer Loyalty in Online Groceries after COVID-19 in Sri Lanka
The Internet is currently being utilized to enable faster business activities among businesses and consumers for such a variety of goods and services. However, Online Grocery Shopping (OGS) is not popular in Sri Lanka. But nowadays people will struggle to go to shops physically during this Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, many customers have turned to online platforms to meet their needs. This study investigates there is a significant impact on the dependent variable is customer loyalty and independent variables are customer satisfaction, customer confidence, customer trust and technology adoption and age as a moderator in the COVID-19 period. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to impart the theoretical foundation for this research. The data was gathered through the questionnaire distributed that was given online to 384 people and the sampling method is the purposive sampling technique. Derived from the results of a survey's statistical studies the TAM's studies reveal the ability in investigating OGS adoption in Colombo District. Once the data collection is completed, the results will be analyzed using SPSS software and reading the multiple linear regression method.
The Impact of Social Media Marketing towards the Purchase Intention among Generation Y and Z with Reference to Franchise Fast Food Industry in Colombo District
Out of the source characteristics, the study discovers the impact of social media marketing towards purchase intention among generation Y and Z referring to fast food franchises in the Colombo district. Although there were many studies conducted in other countries on the impact of social media marketing towards purchase intention, there is a deficiency of literature in the Sri Lankan context regarding the same area. Furthermore, this study explores how the purchase intention differs from one generation to another.
Impact of Motivational Factors on Employee Turnover Intention in Taj Samudra, Colombo
Employee turnover has been an everlasting problematic function in any business organization or for an industry. Taj Samudra is a leading luxury hotel in the Colombo city which is continuously going through a similar problem from past few months. The Turnover and the turnover intention of the organization has the management left with no option but to find solutions to overcome this situation immediately. In this research the author would like to ident ify the impact of performance management on the turnover intention of the Taj employees, the sample size would be taken as 60 out of 600 employees. The objectives of this research would to identify the different variables impacting the turnover intention such as performance management, working culture, monetary benefits and rewards and recognition. Also finding prevailing issues in the performance management system and find suitable recommendations to overcome any deviations of the current Performance management system.
