Subhani Shaik is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (Autonomous), Hyderabad, India. With a strong background in Computer Science and Engineering, Dr. Shaik's research interests span across database management, information storage and retrieval, information systems applications, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, image processing, pattern recognition, and document and text processing. He has published 36 papers in national journals and 1 paper in an international journal, and has supervised 6 research scholars. Dr. Shaik has also contributed as a reviewer for the Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology (GJCST) and has been involved in 2 research projects. His recent work includes research on rose plant leaf disease recognition using machine learning methodologies.
