Md. Tanvir Rahman Jim is a dedicated researcher and academic with a strong focus on renewable energy systems, particularly wind energy conversion and microgrid stability. He is affiliated with the Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology Saidpur, Nilphamari, Bangladesh, and also serves as a Lecturer at the Department of EECE, Pabna University of Science and Technology, Pabna, Bangladesh. His published works include studies on induction generator-based wind power optimization using EDLC and PMSG, and enhancing DC microgrid stability with renewable integration. With a Master of Science in Engineering from Taylor's University and a B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering from Pabna University of Science and Technology, Mr. Jim has established a robust academic foundation.
