Track Article
Once you submit your manuscript, you can monitor its progress at each stage through our Track Article system. This transparency allows authors to stay informed, respond to requests, and understand where their paper stands in the publication process.
How Tracking Works
- As the corresponding author, you can log into your author account/dashboard to see the current status of your submission (e.g. “Under Review,” “Revision Required,” “Accepted,” “In Production”).
- Each manuscript moves through predefined stages, and you can view the stage name, date of last update, and - where applicable - next action steps.
- If any action is required from your side (e.g. upload revised manuscript, respond to queries, approve proofs), the system will prompt you with notifications or reminders.
- For co-authors, limited access may be available if verified through the submission system, allowing them to see status updates (though certain actions remain with the corresponding author).

What You Can Do While Tracking
- Respond quickly
- To revision or query requests. The system will flag pending tasks clearly.
- Monitor timelines
- If you notice delays, you may check with the editorial office through the tracking interface.
- Check version history / logs if available
- Sometimes you can view past comments, revision dates, or submission history.
- Download decision letters
- Reviewer reports, or production proofs via the tracking dashboard once they are available.
- Stay alert to notifications
- Email alerts or dashboard prompts will inform you when new updates or actions are available.
