Dr. Warid Wazien Ahmad Zailani

Dr. Warid Wazien Ahmad Zailani is a dedicated academic and researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. He also has ties with Universiti Malaysia Perlis. Holding a PhD in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction and Building Materials, Dr. Zailani's research interests span advanced and new protective materials, high-strength, lightweight, and high-performance materials, as well as repair and strengthening techniques. He has contributed significantly to the field, with a notable work on the bonding strength characteristics of FA-based geopolymer paste as a repair material when applied on OPC substrate.
