Website Text Translation and Image Translation from a URL using Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Now-a-days we are almost completely dependent on information system for our day-to-day work. Almost every organization of different sectors has their own website. These websites are visited not only by the native people but also by the foreigners. But sometimes they are unable to do so because of language barrier. At present, many translating tools are available but they are either for translating text of a website or translating text from an image. At some cases people have to copy the text and then translate it separately which is a lot of hassle and time consuming. We aim to implement a website translator which will take the URL of any website and translate it in any language. It can also translate the text of the images of that website. We have also created some more new algorithms for URL translation, English to Bangla number translation and English to Arabic number translation.
Exam Management System at Notre Dame University Bangladesh
Exam Management System (EMS) at Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) is an effective system for man- aging exam and course-related activities for NDUB. EMS auto- mates the conventional system of managing exams. EMS helps NDUB faculties, students, and other academic officers to manage the exam processing very easily and effectively and EMS can maintain mobility of these activities better than conventional manual systems. The main intentions of EMS are to conduct the exam and course-related activities very easily and rapidly. Comprehensively EMS has many interesting features altogether situated in a fair intended web application. EMS is designed using recent technologies like ‘Laravel 7.0’, ‘Bootstrap’, ‘JavaScript’, ‘jQuery’, ‘MySQL’. EMS’s working speed is very rapid and its database can take a massive user load at a time. EMS can be very useful for the exam and course-related operations of Notre Dame University Bangladesh.
Online Classroom Platforms: A Comprehensive Study in the Perspective of Bangladesh
Education is the backbone of a nation. So every nation emphasizes it with their highest value as development is mostly dependent on education. In the modern era, online classroom conditions naturalized through specialized video conferencing applications. There may be students and instructors to take the class as a traditional classroom. There is at least one current tutor present, and the lesson is completed in real- time at a fixed time, with the students being present. Here, students and teachers can genuinely engage in class. However, a class does not always need a live teacher to inspect students; they can also proceed to their desired place. Sometimes there may be no teacher at all. This type of online classroom is an unsupervised online classroom. It is distinguished by ready-made lessons that the students can receive without the help of an instructor. Examinations can also be automated in this system. So, in any situation and place, an online class can be taken. At the time of COVID-19, all over the world, people are in crisis and are locked down in their houses. The traditional educational system is facing more trouble to continue its activities. In the traditional system, some teachers used to teach various subjects in front of their students in an educational institution.
Evaluation of Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm Compared to Genetic Algorithm, Dynamic Programming and Branch and Bound Algorithm Regarding Travelling Salesman Problem
We use ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm for solving combinatorial optimization problems such as the traveling salesman problem. Some applications of ACO are: vehicle routing, sequential ordering, graph coloring, routing in communications networks, etc. In this paper, we compare the performance of ACO to that of a few other state-of-the-art algorithms currently in use and thus measure the effectiveness of ACO as one of the major optimization algorithms in regard with a few more algorithms. The performance of the algorithms is measured by observing their capacity to solve a traveling salesman problem (TSP). This paper will help to find the proper algorithm to be used for routing problems in different real-life situations.
