En este capítulo se presenta la propuesta del Aula Ambiental: “Nacimiento de agua Acuaparal” ubicada en la vereda Novilleros, en el Municipio de Caparrapí Cundinamarca, implementada con estudiantes rurales de la I.E.D. Novillero; esta aula surgió como estrategia de educación ambiental dentro de un proyecto de investigación acción en este territorio.

To Know to Recover our Territory: Environmental Classroom, Birth of Water Acuaparal

This research has the title “To Know to recover; environmental classroom: Birth of Acuaparal water ”, this work was carried out with rural students of the eighth and ninth grades of the Novilleros Departmental Educational Institution, located in the municipality of Caparrapí, Cundinamarca, in the basin of the Magdalena Basin, through this strategy it was sought sensitize the children of this territory to the wealth and at the same time the fragility of their environment. The research methodology implemented is of qualitative nature with a Research-Action approach, in which a proposal for the articulation of the school with the territory through the environmental classroom was designed and implemented, which allowed identifying the conceptions and perceptions that the students have on their territory, it was also possible to strengthen the relationships of community members with their environment, especially with the birth of water, so that this translates into the care and conservation of the environment. This project then, allowed to leave the classroom, forging greater contact with the environment, generating pleasant learning spaces, and relevant to the educational community.
