The Influence of Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the Municipal Police in East Lombok

Municipal police organizations function realization of East Lombok yet to be declared maximum because there are many dimensions to the realization of less than one hundred percent. Believed to shape the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) will improve the performance of individual members and organizations. Factors that must be addressed is through the management motivation, organizational commitment and organizational justice. The focus of this study was formulated three objectives in the form of motivational factors of significance to the OCB, the significance of organizational commitment on OCB and significance of organizational justice against OCB members of municipal police in East Lombok. The design of this research is associative research, established through analysis used partial least square (PLS).

This study aims to (1) To analyze the effect of budget planning on budget absorption; (2) To analyze the effect of budget execution on budget absorption; (3) To analyze the effect of procurement of goods/services on budget absorption (4) To analyze the effect of human resources on budget absorption. The data collection method used is a survey sample. In this study the researchers took a number of samples amounting to 135 peoples. The analysis of data used multiple regression analysis.

The Influence of South Korea Drama and Country of Origin on Brand Image and Purchase Intention of South Korea Cosmetics by Female Student in University of Mataram

The objectives of this research is to analyze the influence of South Korean drama and country of origin on brand image, to analyze the influence of South Korean drama and country of origin on purchase intention, to analyze the influence of brand image on purchase intention. This research is associative explanatory research. The samples in this study is UNRAM students who know about South Korean drama and South Korean cosmetics. Data collection tools is questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), which is operated with PLS. The results of this study indicate that South Korean Drama has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, Country of origin has a positive and significant effect on Brand image, South Korean Drama has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.

The Effect of Electronic Word of Mouth in Social Media and Experiential Value on Destination Image Dan Revisit Intention after Earthquake in Lombok

The earthquake that occurred in Lombok becoming the talk of the world, as a result, some embassies issued warnings against traveling to Lombok for a while. As a result, thousands of tourists canceled flights to Lombok which caused tourist arrivals in Lombok experiencing a downward spiral and certainly very disruption to tourism activities on the island of Lombok, while the economy is heavily dependent on the tourism industry. the purpose of this study includes: (1) To determine the effect of e WOM in Social Media to Revisit intention on Lombok Island Post Earthquake. (2) To determine the effect of eWOM in Social Media on image Destination Post Earthquake in Lombok. (3) To determine the effect of Experiential traveler value to the image on Lombok Island Destination Post Earthquake. (4) To determine the effect of value to Revisit intention Experiential Post-Earthquake on the island of Lombok. (5) To determine the effect of the image to Revisit intention Destination Post Earthquake on the island of Lombok. This research uses the study of causality. The sample in this study as many as 120 people. The data in this study were collected by the method of distributing questionnaires to survey respondents who met the criteria. The data analysis technique used to test this hypothesis using the Structural Equation Model analysis. The results of the research that has been done are (1) eWOM positive effect but not significant to Revisit Intention Travelers Post Earthquake in Lombok.

Analysis of Effect of Perceived Ease of use and Usefulness on Consumer Interest use of Banking Products Farmer Card in Mataram

Agriculture is an important sector for the nation of Indonesia. The current phenomenon in Indonesia is still going on the scarcity of fertilizers, especially subsidized fertilizer which has always been a problem every year. The government has tried various strategies to address shortages of fertilizer subsidized by Tani Card Program with the hope to increase the GDP of the agriculture sector Mataram City. The objectives of this study were (1) To examine the effect of perceived ease of use against the interest of consumers using Katu Tani. (2) To examine the effect of the perception of the benefit of the interest of consumers using Katu Tani. method of research is associative with the shape of a causal relationship. The population in this study is a farmer in the district card users Sekarbela Kota Mataram amounted to 148 people. Tool collection Data is a questionnaire, which contains statements related to the problems studied. To determine the response of respondents to the variables assessed, used a Likert scale analysis tools. Analysis of data using Multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and test the coefficient of determination (R²). conclusions of research that can be taken are:(1) There is a significant effect of Perceived ease of use on Consumer Interests in Sub Sekarbela Mataram. (2) There is a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of the Consumer Interest in District Sekarbela Mataram.

The Effect of Leadership on Working Conditions, Work Motivation, and Organization Commitment

The study of leadership is still very much in demand by Researchers Because almost all organizations really need good leaders, who can regulate and mobilize various resources (especially humans) in the organization. The main targets of human resource management that must be Achieved by leaders in the medium term is to create organizational commitment for all employee as members of the organization. In the process, much operational leadership must be Carried out tasks such as motivating subordinates and facilitating the work of subordinates. So the aim of this study: 1) To analyze the effect of leadership on work condition, motivation, and commitment to the organization 2) To analyze the effect of work condition and motivation on organizational commitment. The method used for data collection is the census method. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) who were status as guard officers in Community Institutions found in the Regency/City on Lombok Island. The number of guard officers is 195 people. All members of the population are respondents. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS), the online version Smart PLS 2.0.m3 program that is run on computer media. The results of the study are: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Working Conditions.

Effect of Promotion Online Destinations East West Nusa of Perception and Tourists Return Visit from Developed Countries

The purpose of this study was: (1) Demonstrate and analyze the effect of promotion online destinations West Nusa Tenggara to the perception of tourists from developed countries. (2) Demonstrate and analyze the effect of promotion online destinations to visit West Nusa back tourists from developed countries. (3) Demonstrate and analyze the influence traveler perception developed countries of West Nusa Tenggara on a return visit of tourists from developed countries. This type of research is quantitative research is associative. Methods of data collection conducted by researchers namely through surveys. sample in this research is the criteria were 30 samples with tourists who come from developed countries and make a return visit to the West. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. using analysis Partial Least Squares (PLS). conclusions of research that can be taken are: (1) Promotion Online has a positive and significant impact on the perception of tourists from developed countries. (2) Promotion Online has a positive effect but not significant Visits Back Tourists from developed countries. (3) Perception Travelers have a positive and significant impact on Return Visits Travelers from developed countries.

Effect of Customer Experience and Innovative Value on Halal Destination Image and Satisfaction of Domestic Tourists in Lombok Island

Lombok is one of the priority areas for tourism development in Indonesia. The development of Lombok island tourism is focused on the development of halal tourism. This is in line with the award of the World’s Best Halal Honeymoon Destination and the World's Best Halal Tourism Destination. This study aims to determine empirical evidence of the influence of customer experience and innovative value variables on halal destination image and satisfaction of tourists on Lombok Island directly or through halal destination image as a mediator. The population in this study are tourists who are on a tourist visit on the island of Lombok. The sampling technique uses convenience with the accidental sampling method, so the number of samples in this study was 126 respondents. The study found that the influence of customer experience on tourist satisfaction through a positive and significant halal destination image variable with a path coefficient of 0.075 with a significance value of 0,000 (smaller than the error tolerance standard of 0.05). While the influence of innovative value on tourist satisfaction through the halal variable destination image is positive and significant with a path coefficient value of 0.162 with a significance value of 0,000 (smaller than the standard of error tolerance of 0.05). This shows that the variable customer experience and innovative value significantly influence tourist satisfaction through halal destination image.

Effect of Experiential Marketing on Word of Mouth with Satisfaction as Intervening Variable (Study at Go-Jek Customer in Mataram)

This research is examining the effect of experiential marketing and word of mouth with satisfaction as an intervening variable on GO-JEK customers in Mataram. The type of research conducted is an associative casualty. The sample design uses non-probability sampling and the accidental sampling technique is used to determine to sample with an unknown population. The sample taken was GO-JEK customers in Mataram, which amounted to 100 samples. Data analysis uses path analysis with the smart PLS program. The Results Showed that experiential marketing had a positive and not a significant effect on word of mouth, experiential marketing had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction had a positive and not a significant effect on word of mouth GO-JEK customers in Mataram. Then word of mouth is influenced by experiential marketing with satisfaction mediation. In general Go- JEK still needs to introduce its products to the community in Mataram City. By creating more localized advertisements, participating in local events, and improving driver services for customers in Mataram.

The Impact of Social Influence, Self-Efficacy, Perceived Enjoyment, and Individual Mobility on Attitude toward use and Intention to use Mobile Payment of Ovo

This study aims to determine the effect of social influence, self-efficacy, perceived enjoyment, and individual mobility on attitude toward the use, as well as the effect of perceived enjoyment and individual mobility on the intention to use, and the effect of attitude toward use on the intention to use. This type of research uses quantitative research. Data were collected from 125 OVO application users in Indonesia who met the criteria determined by the researcher. Data were collected by a questionnaire distributed online and Analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos software. The Results Showed that attitude toward OVO was influenced by self-efficacy and individual mobility but not influenced by social influences and perceived enjoyment. Furthermore, the intention of OVO users is influenced by perceived enjoyment, individual mobility, and attitude. Reviews These findings suggest that future research is expected to increase the number of respondents or narrow the area used as an object of research so that the results Obtained are expected to be better.
