Dr. Zhao Qian is a legal scholar affiliated with the Law School of Southwest University in Chongqing, China. With a strong focus on constitutional law and agricultural legislation, Dr. Qian has authored several notable papers including 'Study on the Constitutional Defining Mechanism of Leadership in China', 'On the Rural Land Consolidation Liability Legislation in China', and 'On the Value of Chongqing Back-feeding Agriculture Legislation in China'. The Analysis of Back-feeding Agricultural Legal Relationship
Probing into the connotation as well as the application of the legal relationship can broaden the research category of legal relationship theory and provide the necessary specification guidelines for the evolvement of back-feeding agriculture activities. The formal logic method can successively be used to analyze definition, characteristics, composition of the backfeeding agriculture legal relationship, which is the basis of the applicable solutions for backfeeding agriculture legal relationship in aspect of value, system and content. Back-feeding agriculture legal relationship which has the common characteristics of legal relationship and unique ones based on back-feeding agricultural orientation is the combination of administrative relationship, collaborative relationship and autonomous relationship whose main content is rights and obligations. These unique features are emerged from the subjects and the content of backfeeding agriculture legal relationship, while these unique ones behave differently along with the different objects. Community theory and benefit allocation mechanism can be used to analyze its application in terms of legislative spirit. In a similar way, systematization of normative legal documents should be used to analyze its application regard to legislative form, while the design of legislative norms to analyze its application in the field of legislative content.
On the Rural Land Consolidation Liability Legislation in China
The purpose of this paper is to perfect China’s rural land consolidation liability legislation, so as to strengthen the executive ability and actual effect of the rural land consolidation supervision in China. Method of literature analysis was employed. The results indicate: (1) to do the theoretical research based on legislative text is the most relevant research method; (2) the integral research on China’s rural land consolidation liability legislation includes three aspects, i.e., legislative system, legislative language and legislative content. It is concluded that to perfect the rural land consolidation liability legislation in China by the formulation or modification of relevant legislation is very necessary and possible.
Thoughts on Constructing Online Education Course of Constitution in China
As a compulsory course of law specialty in China’s online higher diploma education, online education course of constitution has the features that meet the necessity of distance education in the Internet age as well as the basic requirements of constitutional course teaching to be a vital way to perfect the constitutional course teaching. The springing up of various network media technology and the lower demands for the software and hardware in learning the course provides the indispensable components for the realization of constitutional online education course. The design of teaching technique environment, teaching structure, teaching contents and the evaluation of teaching quality is the elemental path for constructing constitutional online education course.
On Perfecting the Legislation of Right of Name in China
The basic theory of right of name consists of the four aspects of concept, nature, object and content. The legislation of the name right in China has deficiency in systematicness, completeness and technicality. On the basis of comparing with the relevant legislations at home and abroad, we can explore the perfecting path of the legislation of right of name in China from the characters, registration, change and use rules of name.
On the Value of Chongqing Back-feeding Agriculture Legislation in China
The purpose of this study is to find out the value of Chongqing back-feeding agriculture legislation in China by method of literature analysis so as to provide the guidance for establishing the related legislative regulations. The purpose value of Chongqing back-feeding agriculture legislation in China is to establish the trial legislation for back-feeding agriculture in China based on the systematical analysis of basic theories, institutional arrangement and operational mechanism. The moral value of Chongqing back-feeding agriculture legislation in China is to ensure the fairness in entities and procedures, and the efficiency in orders and benefits. It is concluded that the legislation of Chongqing back-feeding agriculture in China is quite necessary regards to the two type values, i.e., purpose and moral values.
Community: A New Perspective of Campus Police Mechanism Management in China
Community is the basic existence mode to the human being, the connotation of community shall be defined from community subject to community life. The current police mechanism management has changed gradually from traditional police mechanism to modern police mechanism; community fits the guidance of modern police mechanism philosophy to campus police mechanism management better in China. The attribute of campus police mechanism community includes three aspects, i.e., community relationship, community function and community category. The attribute of community has decided the construction approach to the campus police mechanism community. To cultivate the common ethics of campus police mechanism is the important measure of achieving the community relationship’s mutual aid attribute. To establish the multiparty participation mechanism is the basic safeguard to achieve the community function’s self sufficiency attribute. To promote the collaboration extent of campus police mechanism is the necessary content of the community category’s pluralism attribute.
