Physical and Effective Electrodynamic Parameters of the Material Media

The mathematical model of the temporary dispersion of electromagnetic waves in the plasmo-like media, the dielectrics and the magnetic materials with the use not of the effective frequency-dependent, and not depending on the frequency physical quantity of dielectric and magnetic constant for the case of isotropic medium with the sizes, the much large of the size of the heterogeneity of field is developed (wavelength). This becomes possible due to the calculation of the kinetic inductance of charges and their kinetic capacity on the basis of the deep understanding of the physical sense of the dispersion as a result of the attraction of the methodological approaches, borrowed from electrical engineering. It is shown that in the case indicated the traditionally utilized in the electrodynamics effective dielectric constant can be expressed through several physical quantities, which do not depend on the frequency.

According to the program “Starfish” in1962 USA exploded in space above Pacific Ocean H-bomb. Explosion was accompanied by the appearance of electric pulse with the large the tension of electric field and by short duration. In the work the experiments on detection and study of the electric pulse, which appears with the discharges through the dischargers of the capacitors of great capacity, are carried out. It is shown that also with such discharges appears the pulse of electric field, whiches indicate appearance in the heated plasma of unitary charge. This fact contradicts not only the classical, but also relativistic conversions of electromagnetic field upon transfer from one inertial reference system to another and can attest to the fact that the absolute value of electric charge, in contrast to its polarity, is not the invariant of speed

The conclusion about the absence in them of the mathematical means of the adequate description of passage from one inertial reference system to another because of the use by them of particular derived field functions on the time, which completely tie electrodynamic process to one concrete frame of reference, is made on the basis of the critical analysis of extraction from the equations of the electrodynamics of ideas about the space and period. Is proposed new approach to the development of the mathematical apparatus for electrodynamics in the direction of the more adequate description of passage from one inertial reference system to another due to the introduction into the examination of the trans-coordinate equations, which use new Galilean and trans-coordinate derivatives of field functions. This generalization of electrodynamics assumes the dependence of electromagnetic field and electric charge on the speed of the motion of observer, caused not by the geometry of space-time, but by physical nature of the very field within the framework of gipercontinual ideas about the space and the time. Is obtained the new trans-coordinate formulation of Maxwell equations for the case of isotropic homogeneous medium without the dispersion, which generalizes the traditional formulation of Hertz-Heaviside for the same case. In the article is developed the concept of scalarvector potential, based on the symmetrization of the equations of induction, during record of which is used the substantional derivative. The physical causes of molding of Lorentz force are examined. is shown that the dependence of the scalar potential of charge on the speed is the physical cause of Lorentz force. The examination of power interaction of the current carrying systems is carried out and it is shown that with the low speeds of charges the concept of scalar- vector potential gives the same results as the concept of magnetic field. It is shown that the Lorentz force is connected with the gradient of scalar potential. This potential form the charges, which move in the field of the vector potential of magnetic field, which, is in turn the consequence of the dependence of the scalar potential of charge on the speed.

The shift processes, which associate earthquakes, which lead to the friction between the shifting layers, also can lead to the appearance of electrical pour on. These fields can ionize the atmosphere and the ionosphere, causing its glow. If tension pour on, that appear with such processes, exceeds breakdown stress for the atmosphere, then lightning can appear. The seismic waves, which are extended during the earthquakes, also lead to the periodic mechanical deformations of the layers of species. These deformations also can cause the appearance of electrical pour on out of the zone of the propagation of such waves. In the article the physical substantiation of the obtained experimental results is given. Conducted investigations give the physical and theoretical substantiation of the electrical phenomena, which associate earthquakes.

Kinetic Induktance Charges and its Role in Classical Electrodynamics

The dielectric and magnetic constant of material media are the parameters, which are used during writing Maksvell equations. However, there is still one not less important material parameter, namely a kinetic inductance of charges, which has not less important role, than the parameters indicated. Unfortunately, importance and fundamentality of this parameter in the works on electrodynamics, until now, is not noted, and kinetic inductance is present in all equations of electrodynamics implicitly. This work is dedicated to the examination of the role of the kinetic inductance of charges in the electrodynamics of material media and to the restoration of its rights as the fundamental parameter, on the importance that not less meant than dielectric and magnetic constant.
