Abstract

A battle for separate regions rich in natural resources and environmental endowment is going on in Africa. In particular, we are considering the whole complex of challenges to humanitarian and environmental security resulting from the destruction of the social and economic infrastructure and causing enormous harm to the civilian population not only in Libya and Sudan, but also on the territory of neighboring states (in Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt). Lack of food, medicine and essential goods, combined with a shortage of qualified medical specialists in the field and the lack of effective public health policy, create conditions of epidemiological danger in conflict zones. International migration has profound social, economic, political and cultural effects upon migrants, as well as countries of origin and asylum. The following are examples of the effects of international migration.
