In the paper created a block encryption algorithms GOST28147-89-IDEA16-2 and GOST28147-89-RFWKIDEA16- 2 based on networks IDEA16-2 and RFWKIDEA16-2, with the use the round function of the encryption algorithm GOST 28147-89. The block length of created block encryption algorithm is 128 bits, the number of rounds is 8, 12 and 16.
Background and Objectives: Physical examination of the hemodialysis arterial-venous fistula (AVF) is convenient and inexpensive, and can often detect common problems associated with hemodialysis access. Routine systematic physical examination of the fistula by the dialysis staff with each treatment may allow early detection of problems that are commonly associated with mature fistula. This avoiding missed treatments and emergent situations. Dialysis access stenosis is the most common cause of access dysfunction. Physical examination is an important method in the assessment of stenotic lesions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the two simple maneuvers in physical examination of the AVF (pulse augmentation and pressure assessment inside the fistula and collapsibility of the fistula on arm elevation) and compare them with the gold standard angiography.
Children are the pillars of the future of every society. Thus we need to research all aspects related to them, as what they are today, is what they will be tomorrow. For any child labor study to be of any essence it must be understood as part and parcel of the societal interaction in which children are the principal actors in the different stages. Essentially, child labor study cannot be separated from the human family. Data on child labour are very scarce particularly in The Gambia and it is often difficult to measure the largely “hidden” work of children. The ILO has recently designed a new approach which has been piloted in four countries, including developing nations and the results used to generate global estimates. At present, the worldwide record suggests that the estimate of children involved in child labour ranges from 300-400 million which is approximately 4% to 5% of 2.8 billion economically active persons.
Process loss in textile processing is a must occurring issue due to suitability in the subsequent process& removal of unwanted materials. But there should be a minimum range of process loss% in each process and a data is required to calculate accurate process loss% in each process. Our experiment is to calculate process loss% in a pretreatment process up to enzyme wash and finally treated with silicon wash. If the calculation in process loss% is not accurately calculated, there is serious effect on garment cutting and sewing section due to shortage in fabrics and finally short quantity is become essential that is an economic issue and most unwanted matter in a composite factory. Our finding is different power loss% for different structured fabric for chemical concentration. Here is our focusing issue is that process loss% is not same for different structured fabric even considering same concentration
The goal of this research is to treat the influence of governance mechanisms on the banking performance in two systems of governance universal. There are three models of governance virtually universal. We are going to put the light on the model germano-Nippon and the model Franco-Italian and on the measures of the performance. Then, we will analyze the effects that exercise internal governance mechanisms on the social performance of banks belong to the context germano-Nippon and the context Franco-Italian. To estimate the performance, we retained three performance measures that are ROA, ROE and MTB, and to apprehend the governance we retained the council of administration, its size, its independence and the concentration of capital. In order to study the impact of the internal governance on the banking performance in the context germano-Nippon and the context Franco-Italian. In this framework, we have produced mixed results, which differ from one context to another.
This article discusses the influence of the transaction of merger and acquisition on the performance and on the internal governance. We are going to put the light on the transaction of merger and acquisition, governance and the performance. Then, we will analyze the effects of the transaction of merger on the performance of the two Tunisian banks; Attijari Bank and Tunisian society of banks. And in order to measure the impact of the transaction of merger and acquisition on the two banks we appeal to analysis by ratios and analysis by the test of equality of hopes: two observations of different variances.
This article discusses the influence of internal mechanisms of governance on the social performance in the context germano-Nippon and in the context Franco-Italian. We are going to put the light on the model germano-Nippon and the model Franco-Italian, governance and the social performance. Then, we will analyze the effects that exercise internal governance mechanisms on the social performance of banks belong to the context germano-Nippon and the context Franco-Italian. In order to measure the social performance, we have retained the equality between the Man and the woman, the social climate, the transparency of information and the conditions of work and to apprehend the governance we retained the council of administration, its size, its independence and the concentration of capital.
In this work, we are trying to examine the efficiency of Islamic banks in North Africa. This study concerns eight Islamic banks belong to five countries. The data are collected from the official websites of these banks for a period of time extends between 2010 and 2014 (five years). We appeal to the method of analysis by financial ratios and the DEA, specially the Window Analysis. In the light of the analyse by the financial ratios, we note that the performance of Islamic banks in North Africa is in decline. According to the non-parametric method DEA, the only efficient bank C is the Algerian bank al-Salam. But, the Islamic Bank of Mauritania was in last row between the Islamic banks in North Africa with increasing returns to scale.
Underground drinking water treatment is one of the hardest types of treatment that because of the difficulty of control on water source, who is an underground water source, as well as due to the high salt content of solid dissolved and that arrive in Egypt to approximately 1000 parts per million. Iron and manganese of the most famous elements of bilateral parity in drinking underground water. We show in this study physic chemical ways for treatment of iron and manganese in ground water.
The data generated contemporarily from different communication environments is dynamic in content different from the earlier static data environments. The high speed streams have huge digital data transmitted with rapid context changes unlike static environments where the data is mostly stationery. The process of extracting, classifying, and exploring relevant information from enormous flowing and high speed varying streaming data has several inapplicable issues when static data based strategies are applied. The learning strategies of static data are based on observable and established notion changes for exploring the data whereas in high speed data streams there are no fixed rules or drift strategies existing beforehand and the classification mechanisms have to develop their own learning schemes in terms of the notion changes and Notion Change Acceptance by changing the existing notion, or substituting the existing notion, or creating new notions with evaluation in the classification process in terms of the previous, existing, and the newer incoming notions. The research in this field has devised numerous data stream mining strategies for determining, predicting, and establishing the notion changes in the process of exploring and accurately predicting the next notion change occurrences in Notion Change. In this context of feasible relevant better knowledge discovery in this paper we have given an illustration with nomenclature of various contemporarily affirmed models of benchmark in data stream mining for adapting the Notion Change.
