In today’s world the increase in population leads to usage of more products and so waste [garbage] quantity is also increased. On the other hand the disposal of the same is still a question mark. Huge number of researches and inventions has been given to dispose the garbage in a good and useful way and in that way the very new technology is producing electricity from waste. So this paper gives a new efficient way to use the garbage as well as garbage water for producing electricity and even dispose it safely. This is done by a mechanism with a specially designed wheel which acts as a turbine as well as garbage transmitter and in turn it uses kinetic energy of water to operate.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of low frequency ultrasound plus lymphatic drainage on blood triglycerides in cardiac patients (chronic coronary atherosclerosis patients with high triglycerides and fat mass body composition. Forty female patients with age ranges from 40 to 50 years were selected from Palestine hospital and they were chronic atherosclerotic patients and were assigned into 2 groups according to their BMI based on the classification of the world health organization. Each patient in the two groups (Group A and Group B) was evaluated before and after 24 sessions treatment program by using the combination of ultrasound and lymphatic drainage machine. The assessment of blood serum triglycerides by UDICHEM-310 ANALYSER have been done before and after the end of 24 sessions and Re-assessment after 2 months from the last treatment session. The collected raw data of the current patients were statistically analyzed to evaluate the results of the two groups to investigate the effect of using the combination of ultrasound and lymphatic drainage machine on blood serum triglycerides. In this study, the results are revealed statistically significant improvement of blood serum triglycerides before and after the treatment with more improvement had been achieved after 2 months after last session. Furthermore, the low frequency ultrasound technique plus lymphatic drainage technique improve blood serum triglycerides of chronic coronary atherosclerosis patients with high triglycerides and fat mass composition.
The study was conducted in four woredas (Damot Gale,Of a, Angacha and Hadero Tunto) the first two of them found in Wolaita zone and two of them in Kambata Tambaro Zone of SNNPR, Ethiopia respectively. A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the study areas to assess village chicken production systems, productive and reproductive performance of village chicken and identifying constraints to village chicken production. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select 240 farming households and administer a pre-tested and structured questionnaire. The results showed that the mean age of interviewed farmers was 37.8±9.3 years; average family size & chicken owned per household were 6.8±2.4 persons and 8.6±1.7 heads, respectively. There was no significant differences (p≥0.05) found among the four woredas in all the above traits. The average number of clutch and eggs per hen per year of local chicken in the study areas were 4±0.87 and 12.9±3.47 respectively.
Deep Neck space anatomy is complex and unique. Infection of any part of these spaces can lead to life threatening condition. In most cases, source of infection is odontogenic in nature. Infection of lower molar teeth leads to submandibular infection which can result in complication like ludwig’s angina, necrotizing cervical fasciitis of head and neck region, mediastinits. It is highly unusual for paralysis of facial nerve or its branch to occur from submandibular space infection. Here, we report a case of marginal mandibular nerve paralysis as a result of submandibular spaceabscess originating from mandibular second molar and thirdmolar which is considered rare.
Aims and Objectives: To identify and analyse the most common hematological disorders diagnosed by doing bone marrow aspiration in a particular group of patients. Material and Method: Bone marrow aspiration was done from Manubrium of the Sternum after injecting 2% xylocaine to the part. Bone marrow smears were prepared and stained with Leishman stain along with the simultaneous staining of the peripheral smears. A complete hemogram including Hb%, PCV, Red cell indices, platelet count, total leucocyte count and differential leucocyte count was also done by Automated cell counter. Finally, the bone marrow and peripheral smears were examined manually under oil immersion. Conclusion: In this study it was found that the most frequently diagnosed hematological disorders on bone marrow aspiration are Megaloblastic and Dimorphic anemias followed by Acute Myeloid and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemias. Hematological disorders are more common in early adulthood. commonest leukemia in adults and children is Acute Myeloid Leukemia, AML and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, ALL respectively with overall prevalence of leukemias being more in adults.
The present paper aim significantly investigates the effect of the variable thermal conductivity and the inclined uniform magnetic field on the plane Poiseuille flow of viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid in the presence of a constant pressure gradient through non-uniform plate temperature are discussed. The lower plate assumed to be porous, in which the fluid sucks from the flow field. The non-linear momentum and energy equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations by means of homotopy perturbation technique and are solved numerically. Numerical results for the dimensionless velocity profile and the temperature profile for different governing parameters such as the Hartmn Number M, angle of inclination of magnetic field (α), Suction parameter (Re), Prandtle Number (Pr), and variable thermal conductivity (ɛ) have been discussed in detail and are displayed with the aid of graphs.
Purpose: Purpose of this research paper is to evaluate and validate link between organizational performance and components of Intellectual capital in SMEs operating Rawalpindi and Islamabad cities of Pakistan. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from a sample of 150 respondents from Pakistani SMEs in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Several tests were used to examine the reliability and validity of the research instrument. Finally multiple regression analysis was used to test the proposed research hypothesis.
The article presents the case of a 40-year old patient, diagnosed with partial epileptic seizures since he was one year old. He also presented a psychomotor delay and spastic left palsy. For a long time, the diagnosis was infant encephalopathy. In 2014, during an MRI investigation, a large, right-side, pseudo-tumoral, temporo-parietal heterothopia was found. This heterothopia also presented a posterior agenesis of the corpus callosum. The grey matter focal heterothopia explained the cause of the epileptic seizures.
Through mathematical communication and discourse, teachers can foster student engagement and participation while focusing on the deep conceptual understanding called for in the Common Core mathematics standards. This qualitative study focuses on the importance of students’ mathematical communication (i.e. verbal and written) and discourse as they engage in problem solving, reasoning and proofs. Furthermore, the study demonstrates the development of mathematics language in order for students to better grasp the underlying mathematical concepts. The study finds that the discursive teaching strategies used by the classroom teacher can transform mathematics discourse from informal to formal. The study concludes discursive teaching strategies are viable option for secondary mathematics classrooms to effectively implement the recommendations of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (CCSSM).
Green Economy is the elemental philosophy of Sustainable Development Goals. Finance introduces scopes for long-term economic sustainability where green banking products are the novelty of financial revolution against the environmental destruction. The inclusion of unbanked youths into the banking services in a customized way is the automation of banking from educational platform. To achieve the environmental sustainability, Green technology should be applied from basic level. That’s why the reformation of green banking products is now imperative. The environmental and social benefit can be achieved through the up gradation of students’ banking in higher study level. In addition to this students can also be a part of surplus economic unit. The paper addresses the justification for smart green banking product with payment mechanism and shows its relevancy to financial inclusion.
