Cloud service providers are providing more services on demand. Usage of Cloud in IT Industry, Educational Institution, Social network, Medical Field and other business Industry are tremendously increased. This increases the more criminal activity on cloud. There is a need for forensic capabilities which support investigations of crime in cyber cloud. We need better secured model for cloud deployment and forensic investigation techniques to extract evidence from cloud-based environments in case of any cyber attack. This paper discusses the comprehensive models that provides cyber Forensics capabilities on cloud computing.
In his article titled: Divorcing sexual orientation from religion and politics: Utilizing the Convention grounds of religion and political opinion in same-sex oriented asylum claims, Braimah argues that of the two approaches in interpreting membership of a particular social group, the ejusdem generis interpretation appears to be more suitable than the social perception approach. This is because; the latter is based on the principles of non-discrimination, which is in line with the object and purpose of the Convention. Nonetheless, while the US courts in Matter of Acosta got it right that the interpretation of a particular social group should be anchored to non-discrimination, what they got wrong is what nondiscrimination was translated into. The US courts by translating non-discrimination into innateness/ fundamental to identity deviated from the actual meaning of nondiscrimination in international law. It is against this backdrop that this article focuses on researching the meaning of nondiscrimination in international law to define a particular social group. The contribution of this article to the field of international refugee law is of two folds.
Every economy, the world over, has been suffering from certain everlasting problems like corruption, poverty, unemployment and rising prices. For the last so many years, the corruption has emerged as a focal point of talks among academicians, politicians and people at large. Indian economy is also not an exception in this respect. We introduce all-optical multicasting characteristics with wavelength conversion based on all-optical triode using two full bands tunable distributed-feedbacklaser diode module at a transfer speed of 10 Gbps to a non-return-zero 231-1 pseudorandom bit sequence system. This multi-wavelength converter device can simultaneously provide two channels of output signal with the support of non-inverted and inverted conversion. We reported an all-optical multicasting wavelength conversion accomplishing cross gain modulation is effective in a semiconductor optical amplifier in order to provide an inverted conversion thus negative feedback. The relationship of received power of back to back signal and output signals with bit error rate was investigated. It was found that the output signal wavelengths were successfully converted and modulated with a power penalty of less than 5 dB. It was realized that all-optical multicasting and wavelength conversion using an optical triode with a negative feedback by two channels at the same time at a speed of 10 Gbps is possible.
Aim of this study was to investigate the use of modified and carbonized SorghumHull of two different pore sizes (150μm and 250μm meshes)inthe removal of Zinc (II) ion from aqueous solution. The effect of contact time (20,40, 60, 80 and 100) minuteswere investigated and reported. The maximum adsorption for 150μm and 250μm were at 40th and 60th minutes respectively (55.152mg/l and 55.196mg/l). Both pore sizes showed peak adsorption of Zn2+at various contact time as shown in table 1. Kinetic modelings of the results of Zn2+ of both pore sizes were also investigated. These results showed that Pseudo second order kinetic model best describes the process and the Mechanism of adsorption show that 150μm and 250μm were particle diffusion controlled.
Today, Cloud computing is a buzz word in IT industry. Cloud, a shared pool of computing resources, allows access to needed resources on demand through internet and web applications. Since data is outsourced to third party, user needs to maintain the accountability of their data in cloud. Hence preserving the confidentiality and securing the sensitive data in cloud is a major concern. Many cryptographic techniques have been proposed by researchers to assure the confidentiality of the user’s data in cloud. But, the challenging task is to provide the secure search over this preserved data which has been encrypted so as to retrieve the effective data. Hence, we are proposing a system to have a secure search over the encrypted data on the cloud which preserves its confidentiality. In our system, a noble approach has been made using the Commutative-RSA algorithm, a cryptographic technique where the dual encryption takes place thus reducing the overall computation overhead. The search operation over the encrypted data is based on the tree search algorithm which supports multi-keyword search. Based on the relevance score, the more appropriate data is retrieved on the search operation. Using this approach, the information is not leaked when the encrypted data is searched by users and also the queries are handled in an efficient way. Finally, we demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed schemes through extensive experimental evaluation.

The needs risen by special needs people and/or people under situation of functional dependence after the strong cuts of budget produced by the current financial situation, claim for the inquiry to be executed by conflict management professionals, who resolve about the welfare of the affected population and their families. The welfare of the families who take charge of their relatives under a situation of dependence, can be assessed as the energy that may respond to the needs which people under a situation of dependence bring up in their closest environment. This starting point let us explain the chances that mediation offers, unlike other alternatives available for conflict resolution. Mediation is laid out through its basic structure formed by its principles and typical characteristics which help the parties in conflict to reach a long-lasting and accepted by everybody agreement. An achievement which is accomplished through the process of mediation, which itself has got specific peculiarities that shall be considered by mediation professionals. This way we end up with the explanation of some of the experiences which currently are being executed in a national as well as in an international level.
The stock market plays an important role in economic development of Bangladesh. It transfers the fund from surplus units to deficit units for investment. The main purpose of the study is to examine the significance of stock market in economic development of Bangladesh. The study has used only secondary data. The secondary data are collected only relevant to study such as market capitalization, stock turnover, number of listed securities and companies, stock index, GDP for measuring economic development during the period of 2003- 2013. The main reason to consider the certain period is the availability of data. The study has used some statistical measures of means, growth rate,andRatio of total market capital to GDP method. This study revealed that stock markets have made substantial contribution in economic development of Bangladesh. The study seems to carry an enormous academic value since a few studies have been undertaken in this area. It may be helpful to the owners of CSE, Management,SEC, Academic researchers and national policy makers who have been making endeavor to the development of stock market development as well as Bangladesh Economy as a whole.
A stochastic frontier production function is used to investigate the prospect to bring tea production efficiency in the Northern mountainous region of Vietnam to higher level using a cross-section data set of 258 randomly selected farms in 2013. Research results revealed that the average output of tea farms could increase by 10.4 percent by properly using the existing technology. The technical efficiency of the sample tea farms range from 62.1 percent to 97.2 percent (average 89.6). The variables such as: pesticide, labor, and capital negatively affected tea yield. However, irrigation water and types of chemical fertilizers such as: nitrogen, phosphorous, and npk showed a positive relationship with tea yield. The study demonstrated that important factors having positive impact on technical efficiency level of tea production are applying soil and water conservation technology, accessing extension services, joining cooperatives, and gender.
