Global

The globalized scenario has an inherent ambition to melt different cultures, and to pursue an increasing mutual respect amongst different people. The wider recognition of labour rights, together with the combination of economies, social models, religious cultures, leads nevertheless to an increasingly litigious society wherein labour law plays a major influence1 . Alternative Dispute Resulution (ADR) recall a set of procedural tools introduced to help the judiciary system to make (also) labour rights more speedly and easly recognized, and thus implemented. After a short overview on the ADR context, this paper is meant to particularly investigate weather mediation – as a specific ADR track – represents a way to move forward in labor law, and weather the European legal frame – as nowadays in force – is applicable to any work relations.
The Paper seeks to investigate how poor funding has crippled the public health sector into a death trap for sick patients in great need of medical help. A short literature review will be carried out to measure the extent of the problem. Later on in the same Paper the Author will proffer a Summary, Conclusion and Recommendations to wrap up the discourse.
The anatomy of the temporal region is complex. Also there is controversy over the structures that make up the regio n. Thus than classically described anatomical structures as fascias, temporal muscle, frontal nerve, arteries, the superficial temporal muscle is present in a variable number of cases. This muscle represents fibrous regression of named superficial temporal muscle very developed in animals with a specific masticatory action. In human has no physiological importance but its knowledge is important for plastic and maxillofacial surgeons to undertake surgeries in the region since it can generate confusion over anatomical planes and their relationship to vessels and nerves.

Production of α-amylase enzyme by Bacillus Lichenoformis using stirred tank fermentor (BIOSTAT – E) was carried out. The strain was obtained from National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India. Corn starch is used as the substrate. The enzyme production was studied by changing the various parameters like temperature, pH, rpm and substrate concentration. The biomass cell concentration shows maximum at a temperature of 350C – 370C, pH 8 and 300 rpm. The maximum enzyme production was achieved, for 1% concentration of cornstarch at 350C and pH 8 using the fermentation medium contains yeast extract and peptone and the cell concentration was found to be 2.882 gm dry weight/lit. Since the cost of yeast extract and peptone is very high, so the further work was done using some low cost carbon and nitrogen sources like defatted cotton seed, defatted soya flour and mustard seed which are extracted from agricultural byproducts.
This investigation was aimed to evaluate the fertility response in 55 postpartum (>90 days) anoestrus rural buffaloes treated with three standard hormonal protocols (CIDR, Ovsynch and Crestar, n=15 each), keeping a group of untreated control (n=10), and the findings were compared with a group of normal cyclic control buffaloes (n=10). All the 15 (100 %) buffaloes in each group under CIDR, Ovsynch and Crestar protocols exhibited induced oestrus with prominent, moderate or weak oestrus signs within mean intervals of 65.00±1.55, 69.46±1.04 and 46.00±1.37 hrs, respectively, from PGF2α injection. The conception rates obtained at induced oestrus in buffaloes under CIDR, Ovsynch and Crestar protocols were 46.67, 53.33 and 33.33 per cent, respectively. The corresponding overall conception rates of three cycles were 66.67, 73.33 and 60.00 per cent. These were achieved with the mean intervals from PGF2α injection of 11.40 ± 4.65, 12.70 ± 5.13 and 10.88 ± 3.84 days among treated conceived buffaloes in three groups, respectively. In untreated anoestrus control (n=10), only 2 buffaloes exhibited spontaneous oestrus within 90 days of follow up and one conceived giving first service and overall pregnancy rates of 50.00 and 10.00 per cent, respectively. In normal cyclic control (n=10), the conception rates at first and overall of 3 cycles were 40.00 and 70.00 per cent, respectively, and the service period was of 105.67 ± 7.44 days among conceived ones. The overall mean plasma progesterone concentrations in true anoestrus buffaloes on day 0, 7, 9 (AI) of treatment and on day 21 post-AI were 1.13 ± 0.66, 4.97 ± 1.68, 0.73 ± 0.67 and 3.47 ± 1.89 ng/ml, respectively, in CIDR protocol; 1.09 ± 0.15, 3.75 ± 0.47, 0.58 ± 0.10 and 4.06 ± 0.47 ng/ml in Ovsynch and 1.12 ± 0.36, 1.28 ± 0.15, 0.66 ± 0.10 and 2.44 ± 0.44 ng/ml in Crestar protocol, respectively. The values on day 7 and 21 were significantly (P<0.01) higher than other two periods in all three groups. The mean
Insider attacks formed the biggest threaten against database management systems. There are many mechanisms have been developed to detect and prevent the insider attacks called Detection of Malicious Activities in Database Systems DEMIDS. The DEMIDS consider as one of the last defenses mechanism of the database security system. There are many mechanisms that have been developed to detect and prevent the misuse activities like delete, and update data on the database systems. These mechanisms utilize auditing and profiling methods to detect and prevent the malicious activities. However these mechanisms still have problems to detect the misuse activities such as limit to detect the malicious data on authorized commands. This study will address these problems by propose a mechanism that utilizes dependency relationship among items to detect and prevent the malicious data by calculate a number of relations among data items. If the number of relations among items is not allowed any modification or deletion then the mechanism will detect activity as malicious activity. The evaluation parameters such as detect, false positive and false negative rate use to evaluate the accuracy of proposed mechanism.
In the present work domino reaction of indole with homophthaladehyde (1) have been investigated for the first time. The reaction have been done in presence of glacial acetic acid as catalyst and solvent afford the novel un probable mixture of two isomers A and B of benzo[7]anulene (2) that couldn’t be divided accompany with the formation of the predictable tetraindole (3) in a yield of 46 to 38 % respectively. Terephthaladehyde (4) condensed with indoles in glacial acetic acid in a molar ratio (1:4) affording compounds 5a,b in a high yield of 93 - 95 % after a short time of stirring at room temperature. Compounds 5a,b can act as nucleophile due to the unoccupied two positions of the four indole rings. Accordingly we now present for the first time a expedient method for the synthesis of the novel extensive ring systems 6 and (7a-f) via condensation reaction of compound 5a with aryl or heteroaryl substituted aldehydes in a molar ratio (1:2).
This study was undertaken to investigate the antifungal activities of aqueous and ethanol extracts of Securideca longepedunculata leaves and root bark against two Aspergillus species (Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus). Agar incorporation method was used for antifungal testing. The results of phytochemical screening demonstrated the presence of flavonoid, saponin, alkaloids, cardiac glycoside and saponins glycosides. Highest growth inhibition (1.16+1.15mm) at 300 mg/ml, (1.67+2.88mm) and higher increase (3.16+0.57mm) at 100 mg/ml were observed. The results showed significant effect (p<0.05) of antifungal activities. In the same study, the results however, applied that the phytochemical constituents of S. longepedunculata leaves and root bark extracts can be used as potential antimicrobial agents in the management of microbial diseases caused by pathogenic Aspergillus species which can become an alternative to chemical antibiotics.
A good business environment makes it easier for firms from microenterprises to multinationals to enter and exit markets, which contributes to higher productivity, faster growth and creates jobs. A good business environment will benefit both domestic and foreign investors. Domestic and foreign investors invest where they find profitable opportunities, and try to avoid risks. In this paper, we use firm level survey data of the manufacturing firms in three different commercial strong Libyan cities to determine the influence of the business environment on the growth of the employment of the firms. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method is used in this paper and the empirical variables are calculated for the purpose of the study. We find that corruption, crime and access to finance are the main obstacles that hamper the employment growth of manufacturing firms in Libya. However, the research does not reveal any significant effect of business regulations and the level of competition faced by the firm on the growth of the firm’s employment. These results have important policy implications for the priority of reform efforts. To improve the Libyan business environment, the government of Libya should enforce the Anti-Corruption Law and should make the financial system more dynamic, by establishing a clear regulatory system and by continuing to open up the banking sector to private investment. They should also provide access to high quality financial services and to capital. The government also must work hard and take urgent steps to improve security.
