Concept of homogeneity (or inhomogeneity) of the gravitational field is a rather specific one. Namely, according to the Newton`s law of gravitation, either intensity or direction, or each of these two characteristics of the gravitational force acting on the body, depend on its position in the gravitational field. So, in fact, for the body as a whole, the gravitational field is always an inhomogeneous one. Such a classification makes sense only if it is restricted to the active part of the gravitational field, that is, on the part occupied by the body.
It is on record that theatre arts had survived over the ages due to its capacity to reinvent by embracing, new tool and languages, new style and form. It is a fact that when a discipline reinvent its techniques of impartation and training in line with modern demands, the standard of performances is enhanced and the quality of the practitioner is tremendously improved. Over the years, Nigerian theatrical performances had gone through many stages (i.e. ritual, court/church, traditional travelling theatre, professional travelling theatre, academic drama, radio drama, television drama, celluloid film, and video film), reinventing itself in order to keep up with the requirement of each era. In reviewing the essence/spirit of the 50 years of Theatre in the African academy through the University of Ibadan experience, one could not but to wonder why a film school has not developed out of the old Ibadan school of drama. Or question why the central mode of training the theatre artistes in academia stocked to the stage despite the various innovations that had taken place over the years. Using a post modernist theory within an historical perspective and participatory observation approach, the paper explored the challenges and prospects of migrating from stage to video screen in academic training cum practices and offers plausible solutions to some of the identified problems.
Several new symmetrical and unsymmetrical amides of the types (Rf)3Sb(NR2)2 and (Rf)3RSb(NR2) (where, Rf = C6F5; R = C6H5 and NR2 = have been prepared by the metathesis of (Rf)3SbCl2 or (Rf)2RSbCl with the appropriate metal salts of the organic ligands. The amide derivatives were also obtained by the interaction of pentafluorophenylantimony(V) chloride with organic ligand(1:1 &1:2 molar ratio) using triethylamine as hydrogen chloride acceptor. The newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by conventional methods. A tentative trigonal bipyramidal structure is suggested for these compounds. The failure of reaction between (Rf)3Sb(NR)2 and CS2 even after prolonged refluxing may be attributed to the weak dipole nature of the CS2 and the presence of electron withdrawing group on antimony amide.
The standard radius of the Earth’s gravity sphere is 917 000 km. Here we present that the radius is 1400000 km.
Pentachlorophenol (PCP) is one of the most pollutants frequently used in fungicides and pesticides. Its toxicity is due to intervention with oxidative phosphorylation. Acute and chronic PCP poisoning are approved in human and other living organisms. Recently, AOPs based on microwave and sulfate radical (SO4 0-) have created many great scientific interests due to its high efficiency in the degradation and mineralization of recalcitrant and/or toxic organic pollutants. So that in this study for removal of PCP from wastewater, microwave/persulfate(MW/SPS) was used. The effects of operational parameters such as pH of solution, the power of microwave radiations and the amount of persulfate concentration were studied. Spectrophotometer and HPLC instruments were used for determining the concentration of PCP. The experimental results showed that the removal of PCP was influenced by many factors, such as the pH value, the amount of persulfate and microwave power. The optimum conditions for the best removal rate were obtained at pH=11, a persulfate concentration of 0.02mol/L and microwave irradiation power of 600W for MW/SPS system at constant PCP concentration. Also, obtained results showed that the removal of PCP by MW/SPS and MW alone were follow first order rate decay kinetics and the rate constants were 0.093 and 0.00066 min-1, respectively.
Employee play vigorous role in the growth of an organization.Learning the skills is the essential process of improving performance throughout a company Training especially by involving employees in the decision-making. The purpose of this paper is to seek out the effects of influencing factors of employee’s performance in fertilizer sector of D.G Khan Pakistan. With the help of influencing factors includes the training, motivation, feedback, job involvement find out most significant factor that’s leads the employee performance in fertilizer sector of D.G Khan, Pakistan. In this study data was collected on primary basis through close ended questionnaires from employees of fertilizer sector of D.G Khan Pakistan. On the basis of 84 respondents results were analyzed with the help regression and correlation.Employee performance, training, motivation, feedback and job involvement were never analyzed together in previous studies. From the analysis, it was clear that above mention influencing factors play vital role in the fertilizer sector of D G Khan and it also acted as a motivational force that influences employee performance.
This paper focuses on the determinants of inflation under different policy rules and fixed exchange rate regime. The purpose of this paper is to check the behaviour of inflation in fixed exchange rate regime for a flexible targeting period and a period of strict targeting. The data used are mainly from the World Bank, in «the book of world development indicators» contained in the CD -ROM (WDI 2013). Working for the periods 1977-1994, 1995-2012 and 1977-2012, the analysis was done with a dynamic panel that has the distinction of being among the independent variables, the endogenous variable lagged one or more periods. The endogenous variable is the rate of inflation. Estimates made from the Arellano and Bond (1991) method, it is clear that during the period of flexible inflation targeting, money supply, trade balance and the exchange rate are the main determinants of inflation. During the period of strategy of strict inflation targeting, the main determinants of inflation are the benefits of natural resources, the trade balance and the economic crisis.
The analysis of trade between the countries is an interesting phenomenon in international trade. Analyzing the trend is some more interesting. In this study an analysis is made between India and SAARC. An analysis is made about the recent trends in India’s trade relation with SAARC countries. Out of the eight members of SAARC three were selected for the analysis, namely Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. For these three countries India’s exports to and imports from were taken and analysis were made. The trend shows that in general both imports and exports were increasing over time. This trend exhibits for all the three trading countries. However, depending up on the economic and political conditions of the trading countries the researcher could find the fluctuation in the trade relation. All the three nations exhibit a characteristic trend unique to their own country in trading with India.
