Websites have a great role in the field of internet. Usability has also a precious value in navigating the websites. The objective of this paper is exploring the usability of Pakistani Medical Colleges/Universities and providing the idea of developing the websites in such a way that it fulfilled the user requirements and are easy for the user in using/accessing these sites. Different parameters were checked regarding the usability in the websites of different Medical Colleges/Universities in Pakistan. It was analyzed that these Colleges/ Universities have some gaps in light of usability not following the rules. The usability of can be enhanced by applying the one fixed rule for every aspect so that the user can meet every task easily with no boring exertion and perplexity. The rules should be from government side limiting the sites to be restrictive to these rules entertaining the every type of user.

The emerging stock market in Viet Nam has been affected by the financial crisis 2007-2009. This study analyzes the impacts of tax policy on market risk for the listed firms in the construction industry as it becomes necessary. First, by using quantitative and analytical methods to estimate asset and equity beta of total 104 listed companies in Viet Nam construction industry with a proper traditional model, we found out that the beta values, in general, for many companies are acceptable. Second, under 3 different scenarios of changing tax rates (20%, 25% and 28%), we recognized that there is not large disperse in equity beta values, estimated at 1,008, 1,106 and 1,014.These values are higher than those of the listed VN real estate firms. Third, by changing tax rates in 3 scenarios (25%, 20% and 28%), we recognized both equity and asset beta mean values have positive relationship with the increasing levels of tax rate. Finally, this paper provides some outcomes that could provide companies and government more evidence in establishing their policies in governance.

This paper presents speed control of a separately excited DC motor using fuzzy logic control (FLC) based on MATLAB Simulation program. This method of speed control of a dc motor represents an ideal application for introducing the concepts of fuzzy logic. The paper shows how a commercially available fuzzy logic development kit can be applied to the theoretical development of a fuzzy controller for motor speed, which represents a very practical class of engineering problems. From this it is seen that the simulation results are similar to the theoretical results which achieve the optimum control.

Routing protocols are used to assist the exchange of routing information between routers. Routing Protocols find the best path to each network, which is then added to routing table. OSPF is a route distribution protocol. In this paper NAT overloading is applied on OSPF network to decreases the consumption of IP addresses. The output of overloading technique is shown by GNS-3.

By using four particle cluster model Hamiltonian along with third and fourth order phonon anharmonic interaction terms for KDP-type crystals, expressions for renormalized soft mode frequency and inverse dielectric susceptibility have been obtained. The method of double time temperature dependent Green’s function has been used for calculation. Fitting the values of model parameters, the temperature dependence of soft mode frequency and inverse dielectric susceptibility has been evaluated. The inverse dielectric susceptibility was observed increases linearly with temperature, for KDP crystal, in its paraelectric phase. Theoretical results are compared with experimental results of Kim et al [Physics Review B73, 134114 (2006) and Current Applied Physics 9(2009) 1307]. A good agreement has been found between the reported and present results.

The purpose of this research was to examine the predictive role of attachment styles on loneliness and depression. The sample consisted of 652 (313 females; 339 males) university students. Data were collected by using the relationship scales questionnaire, UCLA-R loneliness scale, and Beck depression inventory. To analyze data, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was employed. Attachment styles were found to be significantly correlated to loneliness and depression. A significant relationship was also found between loneliness and depression. A significant effect of attachment styles on loneliness and depression was detected.

With enormous IT investments it has become increasingly important to maintain and monitor IT resources. IT managers are responsible to carry out the core IT, allied activities and have to wear a lot of hats to perform their job efficiently. The present study is exploratory in nature and is undertaken to identify information technology managers’ roles & responsibility in a hospital, to understand intricacy of IT manager. The sampling method followed is purposive sampling. The data was collected by face to face interview and data was analyzed through Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The research finding articulates that the Information technology managers play imperative roles. The IT managers role and responsibilities vary depends on the size, structure, nature of the hospital and its technology adaptation. The core role and responsibility of IT manages include Managerial role, Operational role, Web master role, Consultant role, Training role, Team leader role.

The study of the water quality of to daraisingh tehsil of tonk district, rajasthan india has carried out to assess the risk to human health. A comparative study has also been done in the premonsoon and postmonsoon periods considering the change in various parameters and concentraton of differentions. It has been found that the concentration of ions in premonsoon period is higher than postmonsoon which is natural phenomenon. This study is main consideration to assess the quality of water for its best utilization like drinking. For this purpose the study area has been divides into five zones. Only two sample sites named hamirpura (s-5) and lamba khurd (s-7) are found fit for in all studied water quality parameters on comparision with standards. These two villages are located in north zone of tehsil. Contamination of ground water with fluoride is due to the naturally fluoride rich rock salt system. Hence almost all the area is fluorosis prone.
