Introduction of new subclasses and of analytic functions with negative co-efficents defined in the unit disk. We estimate some properties of functions in these classes and obtain Co-efficient bounds, Neighbourhood and Integral means inequality for the function f(z) under these classes.
In India the magnitude of the problem of bad debts was not taken seriously. Subsequently, following the recommendations of Narasimham committee and Verma committee, some steps have been taken to solve the problem of old NPAs in the balance sheets of the banks. It continues to be expressed from every corner that there has rarely been any systematic evaluation of the best way of tackling the problem. There seems to be no unanimity in the proper policies to be followed in resolving this problem. There is also no consistency in the application of NPA norms, ever since these have been recognized. Non Performing Assets are also called as Non Performing Loans. It is made by a bank or finance company on which repayments or interest payments are not being made on time. A loan is an asset for a bank as the interest payments and the repayment of the principal create a stream of cash flows. It is from the interest payments that a bank makes its profits. The problem of NPA is not limited to only Indian public sector banks, but it prevails in the entire banking industry. Major portion of bad debts in Indian Banks arose out of lending to the priority sector at the dictates of politicians and bureaucrats. If only banks had monitored their loans effectively, the bad debt problem could have been contained if not eliminated. The top management of the banks was forced by politicians and bureaucrats to throw good money after bad in the case of unscrupulous borrowers. Agriculture advances have registered a 7 fold net increase, SSI advances have set a record net increase of 8.5 times and the advances to other priority sector have made a net increase of 4.5 times, that of their respective figures in 2001–02. The overall Priority sector advances have registered a 6.5 fold increase over that of 2001–02 in 10 years period. Indian Bank has been successful in controlling the NPAs. The NPAs have been reduced from `791.98 crores in 2001-02 to `223.00 crores in 2008-09. However in 2009-10 and
The demand for quality software system is increasing day by day because quality defines the capability of the software systems. Software systems are root of any developing systems. They are always checked on the basis of their quality. The quality characteristics are considered as very important aspects by development of software system. The evaluation of quality also plays important role in this context. Fuzzy logic is the new emerging technology for evaluating the efficiency of various systems. This paper presents various quality models and evaluation of quality models by using fuzzy logic technique. The present study may serve the purpose of reference for investigating evaluation of software quality models with their analytical description.
Environmental Control system (ECS) or Air management system plays a vital role in aircraft performance. Almost all military aircrafts are equipped with conventional - bleed air based ECS. For a single engine military aircraft, such a system results in an enormous ~1.2 MW of thermal power penalty over the engine. Electrical ECS (EECS) is revolutionary, rather evolutionary, since it affects many other systems. A lot of research has been carried out to incorporate EECS in civil airliners. But little has been done as yet in case of military aircrafts. There could be many reasons for the same like availability of electrical power on board, availability of eco-friendly refrigerants, high Avionics and Radar heat load, appropriate medium for condenser cooling etc. As electrical technology has gone through a lot of power density upgrades in recent decade specially, compared to pneumatic systems, it calls for a need to seriously work over electric ECS. However electric system has not yet achieved its mature stage and has its own limitation. If Electric ECS is used in military aircraft it would be the largest consumer of the Electric power. Presently, a combination of Conventional and Electric ECS called Hybrid ECS could be the best decision based on the available technology and as an intermediate step towards realisation of electric ECS for future aircrafts. This paper covers a brief description of conventional, electric and Hybrid ECS systems and compares them for military aircraft application. A special emphasis is given over the selection of refrigerant based on available cooling medium and electrical power on board for the electric ECS. Even after the Electric ECS simplicity, high performance and Low aircraft signature a lot challenges need to be addressed to make it feasible for combat high agility high speed military aircraft.
The current international businessenvironment suggests potentially wide performance variation for both SME and large corporations, especially as it relates to execution of strategy. This paper contends that extensive measurement at the granular level of performancereveals the strong ability to inform our understanding of chaotic structures and subsequent performance enhancements. The argument is that we often miss the trees for the forest and should engagecorrective actions using both mathematical application and managerial action in a manner similar to forest propogation and husbandry rather than more complex forestry. This paper highlights strategic areas of measurement and performance tied with chaotic structural formulae. It suggests ways to recognize poor growth that would be overlooked in an organizational pathology termed in this paper as Corporate Attention Deficit Disorder, or CADD. The paper recommends a course of action that creates the similar speeding-up interaction asMethylphenidate in humans, but hopefully without the side effects of impaired reaction or learning. To date no papers appear in ProQuest, EBSCO-Premier,AoM, SMS, DSI, or the AIB so this contribution is potentially noveland informative to managers who seek to be on the forefront of real-time evidence-based performance management. Strategies for SME and larger organizations are discussed as are the simple structured equations by Lyaponov, Poincare, Myers-Kress, and Lorenz and the nonlinear regression thatis necessary for this practice.

This research work is focused on the assessment of the impact of Contributory Pension Scheme to Nigerian Economic Development with relevance to Pension Fund Manager. The objective of this study was to examine how contributory pension scheme influence the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Nigeria. More so, this study is aimed at suggesting the best reliable way for tackling or handling the fear that the funds or Retiree Savings Account (RSA) contribution can be mismanaged by the existing trustees. The main problem of the study was centered on the nature and effect of risk prevailing in the pension assets management. The researcher designed the study using survey design and sample size was taken as 30 and 70 for both staff and customers respectively. Data were collected from both primary and secondary sources and analyzed using percentage. The researcher adopted correlation analysis for testing secondary data and ANOVA for the primary data. The result of correlation analysis using t-test revealed that Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) has significant impact on the GDP while the result of ANOVA revealed that risk prevalent has positive effect on the pension fund management. The researcher therefore, recommends that the Pension Fund Administrators should invest in less risky portfolio to enhance prompt payment of pension to retirees.
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a very attractive technique for high data rate transmission in wireless and wired applications. However, implementation of the OFDM system entails several difficulties. One of the major drawbacks is the high peak to average power ratio (PAPR) of the transmitted signals. Several approaches exist to reduce PAPR of OFDM symbols. Precoding is a new method which is having less complexity compared to the other power reduction techniques and also it can reduce PAPR considerably and results in no distortion. In this paper Walsh Hadamard Transform precoding technique is proposed. The reduction in PAPR of the OFDM signal is obtained through walsh hadamard transform scheme. The obtained results show that this precoding scheme is an attractive solution to the PAPR problem of OFDM signals.
The purpose of this paper is to give the true meaning of development from an Islamic perspective. This paper examines the dynamic interactions between Islamic banking and economic growth in Pakistan, to see if the financial system affects and growth, transformation and growth of the financial system. Usually, in most Muslim countries, and in some non-Muslim countries, Islamic banking and works as a part of the banking system and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is one of them. The aim of this paper was to consider the opinions of the interviewees regarding the role of Islamic banking in Pakistan in economic development. Six interviewees were asked about the types of effects of Islamic banking on economic development in the Pakistan. They were asked about 8 different types of effects. Most respondents believe that Islamic banking in Pakistan had positive impact on economic development. Some scholars around the world consider the use of Islamic banking more convenient for economic development. This result also indicates that improving the infrastructure of Islamic finance in Pakistan could benefit economic development. Islamic banks can play an important role in Pakistan today.
Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) wireless antenna systems have been recognized as a key technology for future wireless communications. The performance of MIMO system can be improved by using multiple antennas at transmitting and receiving side to provide spatial diversity. In this paper, the effects of the number of transmit and receive antennas on the performance of MIMO system over AWGN and Rayleigh fading channels with ZF receiver is analyzed. The bit error rate performance characteristics of Zero-Forcing (ZF) receiver is investigated for M-PSK modulation technique. The AWGN and Rayleigh channels have been used for the analysis purpose and their effect on BER have been presented.
