Agile methodology is an approach used for the development of a project which helps to respond to the unpredictability of building software through incremental, iterative work cadences. These methodologies are used to deal with the situations where the waterfall model fails. The biggest drawback of waterfall model is that it assumes that every requirement of the project can be identified before any design or coding occurs [1]. In this paper we are specifying the differences in the development of a project by using the Agile Methods: Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum through a case study on Women’s Era (WE- A State Level Women Development and Support).
In this paper author has established seven q-product identities, which are presumably new, and not available in the literature.
In the present paper, an algorithm for the planar restricted circular threebody problem in rotating symbolic system is developed to determine orbit-orbit resonance of Pluto and Neptune.
To find out the delay distribution in a disruption tolerant network between the nodes when there are randomly distributed several numbers of replications of packets on each node. This delay distribution function can help us with a guideline on how to set the lifetime of a message. As the number of replicas on the nodes increases the delay increases. Up to our best knowledge it is the first time ever work has been done on simulating the delay distribution environment using the replicas in for finding the delay in DTN. With different number of nodes in a network where each node consists of several number of replicas of the same packet the delay difference is obtained and has been compared with the network consisting of a fewer more number of nodes.
The problem of sex origin of eukaryotes in the process of evolution still has not settled. Existing theories and hypothesizes mainly concern the maintenance and biological reasonability of sexual mode of replication. Their theoretic foundation is based on Darwin’s and Mendel’s ideas that sex was originated due to natural selection and genes. Another model is proposed – sex of eukaryotes was originated as a result of long-term evolution of non-coding DNAs in a genome at one of the branches of prokaryotes. Non-coding DNAs accumulation and evolution in prokaryotes’ ring chromosomes eventually led to emergence of mitotic chromosomes and mitotic way of cell division. Sex and sexual replication became possible since that time when modified variant of mitosis – meiosis – have originated. Separate stages of the proposed model may be exposed to experimental check.
The purpose of this study was to determine the leaching behaviour of pyrethroids. Now days pyrethroids are applied largely in India, creating the need to evaluate potential leaching of pyrethroids. Thus leaching of bifenthrin and λ - cyhalothrin in sandy loam soil was evaluated under laboratory conditions with simulated rainfall of 300 mm. Bifenthrin was applied at 2 and 4 μg while λ -cyhalothrin was applied at 2 and 4 μg on soil columns, respectively. Maximum concentration of bifenthrin and λ -cyhalothrin was recovered from 0-5 cm depth in the soils. Results indicated the low mobility of both the insecticides under saturated moisture condition that may be significant in terms of ground water contamination Now a days pyrethroids .
Increasing lifetime in wireless sensor networks is a major challenge because the nodes are equipped with low power battery. For increasing the lifetime of the sensor nodes energy efficient routing is one solution which minimizes maintenance cost and maximizes the overall performance of the nodes. In this paper, different energy efficient routing techniques are discussed. Here, photovoltaic cell for efficient power management in wireless sensor networks is also discussed which are developed to increase the lifetime of the nodes. Efficient battery usage techniques and discharge characteristics are then described which enhance the operational battery lifetime.
This paper acknowledges that poverty is a curse, not only for the individual who is poor, but for remainder of the community, nation and global society at large. Poverty is the violation of the basic norm of our civilization. Yet poverty persists and it is evident globally. In reality, unemployment is thought to be the basic cause of Poverty. The severity of poverty isclearly evident in underdeveloped countries; while it is often disguised in most developed nations. The measure of poverty is misleading too; as it hardly reflects true nature. Poverty may arise either from simple or very complex reasons. In Nigeria the poverty and chronic youth unemployment are both apparent. This paper examines if Nigerian microfinance programs are being effective in curbing the extent of unemployment and sever poverty from Nigeria.Accordingly, this paper investigates thegrameen bank’s microfinancemodel developed by the Nobel Laureate Dr. Yunusof Bangladesh for comparison.
This paper explores the quality collection of library resources in meeting user’s needs with competitive intelligence approach. The research is approached though an overview of existing literature. Deming’s 14 points management plan for libraries was adapted for management that committed to quality performance. The paper reviews that for a library or an information center to offer quality service in the area of collection, current, relevant, adequate print and electronic information resources must be provided. This paper also identifies challenges of providing quality library collection and possible suggestions.
Melon flour was blends with Wheat flour in the following ratio 100:0, 70:30,50:50, 30:70,0:100 and each categories were spiced with ginger (Zingiber officinale) at concentration of 5g and 10g respectively. The effect of spice (Zingiber officinale) at both concentration (5g and 10g) on the physical properties height, diameter were determined for all categories using meter rule and then spread factor was calculated to range from 2.8X102 to 14.8 X102. Microbial evaluation was carried out on the prepared cookies. Total Viable Count, Total Staphylococcus count, Total Bacillus count and Total coliform count were determined using selective media. These were comparing to microbiological specification for baked cookies. The effect of the spice Zingiber officinale at both concentrations on the microbial load reveals a significant difference as increase in the spice concentration led to decrease in microbial load.
