In this paper we are presenting an executive summary of the “Handbook on Procedures for Bullying or Harassment Disputes†elaborated by the authors within the activities of the Basque Observatory on Bullying, an association composed of different kind of professionals: judges, lawyers, labour inspectors, psychologists and doctors. The content of the Handbook has been recently discussed in the Summer Course organized by the University of the Basque Country in Saint Sebastian (June 27th and 28th, 2013).
