The biocosmological role of CP-symmetry-violating chiral Z0 boson in the origin of the chiral life and the cosmological role of CP-symmetric Higgs boson H0 in the inflationary origin of the matter-antimatter asymmetry in the semiclosed Friedman universe are discussed.

Background: In health related areas it is clear that there are different perceptions of nursing. Perception by itself is merely defied as an idea, belief, or an image you have as a result of how you see or understand something. The Perception of nursing may vary depending on age, educational level, social and professional experience.Objective: To assess Nurses’ knowledge and Attitude towards Nurses Profession in public hospitals in Mekelle Town, Tigray, Ethiopia. Methods: Institution based cross sectional study design was conducted used to assess knowledge and attitude of nurses towards the nursing profession. Sample size was calculated using a formula for estimating a single population proportion. Accordingly, sample sizewas 135. The dependent variable was attitude of nurses. Simple random sampling techniques were used to select the desired institutions and population proportion to size allocation was done to select the intended study subjects. Data was collected by 10 professional nurses for 1 week using structured self administer questionnaire. Data was entered and analyzed using SPSS version 16. Result: According to the findings 135 nurses were participated with a response rate of 92%. Accordingly, socio-demographic characteristics, more than half, 75(55.5%) of the respondents were females. About 48(35.6%) of the respondents age lies 36- 40. Nearly half, 112(81.7%) of the respondents were married and the majority of the respondents, 117(86.6%) were orthodox followers. About 67(%) of the respondents were diploma graduates in Nursing. Fifty six of them get monthly salary of 774- 1644 ETB. The majority, 117 (86.6%%) of the respondents primary work place were government hospitals and 86 of them had more than ten years of workexperience. Out of 135 nurses, 124 (91.8%) of them had a favorable attitude for nursing profession. Majority of them, 99 (73.3%) have good knowledge towards nursing profession. Data set is collected for colleges of United States. We would like to analyze different dimensions like SAT scores, ear- ning after graduation, net price and grant financial aids which is a great analyzation for the students. Big Data platform and BI tool such as Spark and tableau are adopted for data analy- zation and visualization. It is found that the top colleges for mean earnings are from medical field, mean earnings with respect to states, detailed comparison of average net price of California and New York, SAT scores for different colleges and also average undergraduates receiving Pell Grant in each colle- ges which will help students to select a college which meets their requirement.

An experiment was conducted to study the effects of aqueous extracts of few ornamental plants viz. China box (Murraya exotica), Indian Medlar (Mimusopsel engi), Parrot tree (Buteamonosperma) Mussaenda (Mussaen daerythr - ephytta), Mast tree (Polyalthialongi folia) and Swamp tree (Swamp tree occidentalis) on the germination and growth of Pea (Pisumsativum). Mussaenda (Mussaendaerythrephytta) plant extract showed the highest percentage of germination and shoot length of pea and lowest percentage was found from aqueous extract of Indian Medllar (Mimusopselengi). The longest root length was found on control condition (water) and shortest found on Mussaenda (Mussaendaerythrephytta). The highest chlorophyll contents was found on Parrot tree (Buteam -onosperma)and lowest was found on Mussaenda (Mussaendaerythrephytta). So, it may be concluded that aqueous extract of Mussaenda (Mussaendaery -threphytta) is good for germination, growth and developments of pea (Pisumsativum).

This research aimed to reveal the extent of the implementation of total quality management (TQM) in higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia in light of the perceptions of the educational and administrative leaders. A questionnaire have been developed consisting of (70) items distributed in eight areas of TQM. The research applied to a sample of 135 leaders from the educational and administrative leaders in Qassim University. The results of the research showed that the application of the principles of total quality management in higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia was medium from the standpoint of administrative leaders with the exception of the area of Academic Affairs and the field of community service where its application was high. The application of the principles of Total Quality Management was medium from the standpoint of educational leaders with the exception of the area of strategic planning.

The impact of austerity, fiscal and monetary programs has been a subject of numerous studies and findings regarding the effectiveness of such government policies in combating economic downturns by stimulating growth, increasing employment, and promoting investment. The recently introduced Market Dynamics method has been extended to provide a dynamic Production model that incorporates employment, wages, consumption, investment, government spending, interest rate, taxes, and other related factors. The model is used to compare the impact of austerity, fiscal and monetary programs in response to an economic downturn and to measure the size and effectiveness of government actions including changes in spending, taxation and interest rates. A conservation of commerce principal is defined stating that money flow from wages, spending, borrowing and interest activities must match the change in production trades. The latter mechanism is responsible for a lag in response as the full impact of an event is gradually realized over its time horizon.

The lungs, heart and blood vessels perform a vital function as the body’s supply system. They supply the muscles with the necessary fuels and oxygen, and carry away waste products such as carbon-die-oxide (co2) and lactic acid. Consequently, the cardio-respiratory system in the athlete needs to be developed to match the muscles which it supplies and cleanses. It is believed that bigger the lungs and heart size greater will be the cardio-respiratory efficiency. Hence the Research Scholar undertook the present study to determine the relationship among the selected variables as well to find out the difference among the Football, Volleyball and Handball.

For past three- years unemployment has been a growing in Afghanistan, which has caused many socio-economic problems. One of the solution to this problem is private sector development. A lot of attention has been paid toward attraction of investments at large scale from private sector, however, experience of many countries including industrial economies show that small scaled businesses has contributed to employment and economic development to remarkable extend. Small scaled businesses have a very high rate of failure at their initial stage. Development of these businesses requires promotion of entrepreneurship. This study attempts to highlight the role of business incubation centers for this purpose in Afghanistan context. Studies have shown that factors such as incubation centers physical infrastructure, provision of business assistance, management guidance and counselling, enabling environment and sound practices of incubation centers have led to survival and growth of many small businesses.

The purpose of this study is to shed light on the link between the information content of accounting earnings on security returns in the presence of derivatives within firms. To accomplish this, a study sample was chosen from years 2011-2015 which included firms within eight separate industries. The sample was partitioned by firms which engage in derivatives and firms which do not. Results indicate that firms that do not utilize derivatives have a resultant average security price change that is almost double that of their derivative using counterparts. Also, the variance in the stock movements for non-derivative firms is approximately half of that for the derivative firms studied, indicating the potential for less risk in the non-derivative firms. Also, analysis shows that industry membership may in fact have some bearing on stock price of firms that utilize derivatives. Accounting earnings of derivative-using firms in high growth industries seem to have a greater impact on security prices whereas for those derivative-using low growth firms, the security price impact of accounting earnings is not significant. It may well be that the upside of significant growth outweighs the potential downside of derivative usage in the minds of the investors when it comes to high growth industry firms.

Head and neck tumors are diagnosed in locally advanced stages up to 60%. The controversy lies in the choice between chemoradiotherapy vs induction chemotherapy. Retrospective descriptive study with 53 patients undergoing induction chemotherapy alone vs CRT + CRT in which we analyze the tolerability, organ preservation, recurrence rates, overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). Within the group of induction (A), 86% (24/28) received 3 cycles TPF, while 14% (4/28) were treated with a doublet (platinum + taxol), being able to meet the treatment without delay or dose reduction of only 50%. Within non-induction group (B), 80% receive all doses and without delay, while 20% (5/25) failed to finish, fell 80 % (4/5) of them. They are not comparable groups as the most important difference is that those with more advanced (N2 disease) are in group A (92.8% cT3-T4 or N2) versus Group B (32% cT3N0). Conclusions: _ The Profile of our patients in the group of non-induction have more comorbidities and the earliest stages. Recurrence rates are similar in both groups, with a higher relapse and metastatic disease in the induction group (group A) because of more advanced tumors. _ We have to study new strategies for improving tolerance induction chemotherapy with cetuximab or nab-paclitaxel, and selecting best ones should receive concomitant cetuximab + RT.
