Vegetative differentiation leading to dimorphic switching by filamentous microorganisms has drawn intense attention from scientists for a long time because of the central role played in the attempt to understand life processes, as well as the serious impacts exhibited in medicine, agriculture and industrial processes. A mucoraceous isolate, Mucor manihotis (tentative), from an agricultural niche was found to exhibit dimorphism in minimal medium; induced were thalloarthric-, holothallic-, holoblastic conidia as well as polar budding globose yeast cells when supplemented with ammonium sulphate or peptone as nitrogen source. Boxplot construction showed that peptone enhanced growth, but elevated temperature had profound morphogenetic effect as ovoidal and spindle shaped yeast cells additionally induced. The simultaneous induction of different cell wall structures necessitated further examination of the early growth stage. The process of differentiation that resulted in yeast ontogeny rooted in cytodifferentiation, involving vanishing cell wall of germ cells and then sequentially generated cryptic forms, only membrane bound, until reappearance of cell wall in nascent yeast, which at maturity became polar budding. Simultaneous induction of wall-less entities on the one hand, and complex walled entities on the other prompted a re-examination of cell wall geometry as hinge for dimorphic switching. It was suggested that more attention should be given to cytoplasmic membrane as default candidate.
Background and aim: Healthcare workers are often in contact with micro-organisms present in blood, saliva, laboratory samples and specimens which may potentially transfer infectious diseases. Use of methods to remove and or decrease the number of contaminants on instruments, samples and tabletops are of paramount importance in infection control. Important properties of a good disinfectant aside from the ability to kill microbes include being safe , noncorrosive or damaging to instruments, odorless, colorless, economical and eco-friendly. This study was done to assess effectiveness and longevity of 6% Hydrogen Peroxide-silver for disinfection prior to sterilization.
The large outsourcing and refocusing movement, regarding the key skills, initiated by many companies, has made a new profession emerge: the one of the logistics service provider. The logistics service providers, along the multi-actor Supply Chains, are considered as real pilots of the interfaces and represent a radical innovation on the managerial, strategical and operational plan. Our article aims to bring a comprehensive literature review of this deep mutation, through a synthesis contribution that retraces the evolution of the logistics function towards the emergence of the logistics service phenomenon.
Cystic duct stump or remnant gall bladder is, if not always, one of the important cause of postcholecystectomy symptoms. In laparoscopic era incidence of leaving long cystic duct stump has increased. Also difficult gall bladder surgeries often end up with incomplete removal of gall bladder. Magnetic resonance cholangiogram is an optimal diagnostic modality. Treatment is to remove remnant cystic duct stump either by laparoscopy or by open method. We are reporting a case of symptomatic cystic duct stump with a very late presentation.
Ode on a Grecian, by John Keats depicts his love and praise for beauty. The full poem is embodied with sensuous imagery. Here he presents the beauty of imagination that appeals to our senses and gives delight to our senses. 'Ode on Grecian' is different from other 'Odes', because it is not desperate one. Here he discusses two major themes. 1) the ethics of beauty 2) the permanence of art Keats is in the favors of imagination and art. Because he thinks that it provides pleasure to human nature.

As the Environment of Internet continues to grow the users of searching the data also increases. By this development of web information and scientific databases it is not able to get user require results with the static query forms. The Dynamic Query forms are able to dynamically generate query forms with the selection of user interested components and rank the query form components. The creation of query forms is an iteration process and user selects interested components in iteration process. The form components ranking are based on the user interest and Fmeasure is used to measure the query form goodness. The incremental hierarchical data clustering framework is used to capture the user’s interest based on click feedback to input some keyword queries.
The divergence in gender counts amongst all countries has caused unrest in multinational platforms almost a decade ago. Gender equality and women empowerment is the third goal amongst eight most concerning causes as per united nation’s millennium development goals. After years of policy intervention socio-economic situations have diverged to an extent that new goals and impact studies are required for further improvements. India has shown one of the best results in addressing all eight goals. However, inequality within Indian states has increased remarkably. The backwardness of women from these states is due to gender gap in almost all aspect of socio economic study. The concept of gender equality has been gaining importance as the subordinate status of women in relation to men has been seen in almost every facets of life. This research work describes discrepancy in educational policies, employment initiatives and social norms which keep a larger portion of population deprived of rights. Policy recommendation of women empowerment and social restructuring is provided in the last segment.
The growth of World Wide Web is incredible as it can be seen in present days. Web usage mining plays an important role in the personalization of Web services, adaptation of Web sites, and the improvement of Web server performance. It applies data mining techniques to discover Web access patterns from Web log data. In order to discover access patterns, Web log data should be reconstructed into sessions. This paper provides a novel approach for session identification.
GlusterFS is the most advanced Distributed File System. GlusterFS uses Devis Meyer’s Hashing algorithm as a one way hashing function to save file across the cluster network. Based on GlusterFS, we introduce a new kind of DFS known as NeuralGDFS. NeuralGDFS will incorporate the probabilistic neural network to identify the most probable Brick in which requested file might be located. We also studied GlusterFS performance in virtual cloud environment.
