Waves need a media to travel and carry energy. A standing wave is an oscillation pattern with a stationary outline (envelope) that results either from the superposition of two identical waves travelling opposite directions or from an inner equilibrium vibration. A given particle that is bound (confined ) in a certain region of space is a standing wave and vibrates within the constraints of the envelope function y = 2A.sin(kx).cos.(wt) . Light is both, a particle and a wave.[39]. Since quaternion, as work is constant then W = q = (λ, ±Λx∇i) = Force (P) acting on wavelength (λ) = Normal stress σacting on area A is, (σ.A)xλ, and for A = 0 then becomes the linear Momentum = v􀴤xλ (since Stationary energy becomes Kinetic) and W =v􀴤xλ, .i.e. Work = Travelling Energy and because when converted into, velocity,v􀴤, in wavelength λ as background media, then this is the reason that doesn`t collapse by radiating away its or their energy.
Feeding ecology and behavior of the African Civet (Civettictis civetta) was studied to reveal the feeding habit and behavior in Arba Minch Forest. This study include both wet and dry seasons. This study was carried out by direct and indirect observations. Direct observation was carried out during night using night visionscope. Indirect observations were made by analysing faecal samples. There were seasonal variations in the items consumed by the African Civet. They were omnivorous generalists as per the findings of the present study.
Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) has been innovated in the secondary (and the higher secondary) level of education in Bangladesh by drastically devaluing the principles of the long-practiced traditional Grammar Translation Method (GTM). The present study was carried out on some rural secondary high school teachers in Bangladesh about comparative acceptability of GTM and CLT in respects of achieving four skills, accuracy/ fluency, translating activity, group/pair works, and classroom language. The result of the study reflected their mixed attitude to GTM and CLT, though all of them put emphasis on language learning through translating activity in group/pair works. Their tendency and claims were in favor of the multisyllabus. On the basis of the data findings this paper also presents some suggestions for appropriate methodology in ELT in Bangladesh.
This studydetermine which job function causes or creates a large number of Edit/ Data Overwrites within health care. The study is based on data extracted from the Monthly Reports reported by the Team staff. Out of the 2736 Potential Identity Changes, 115 actually resulted in a CE. The number of CEs created by each job title ranged from 1% by Employee Health Clerk to 28% by Eligibility Clerk. Out of the 115 CEs created, a total of 32 were created by the Eligibility Clerks. The next highest job title was the Enrollment/Registration Clerks with 21 CEs created. Of the 4% of CEs reported, Eligibility Clerks created 28% of those CEs and Enrollment/Registration Clerks created 18% of CEs reported during this time period. The findings provide insight to thestaff as well as other managers for the users who need additional training or realignment in the workflow. Further work is required to expand and identify factors contributing to incidents causing CEs.
Part of awell-designed health informatics simple mentation process includes the mechanisms put in place to help the day-to-day operators of the systems. Continual appraisal of these methods necessitates up-to-date investigations. Understanding critical elements which support a positive transition of health information technology (HIT) within healthcare facilities is the objective of the following research. To help develop these findings, a prospective postimplementation and use assessment survey was conducted on two hospitalsin Central Texas. The population studied included RN case managers, social workers and supportive staff in the Continuum of Care departmentsat two Scott & White Healthcare acute care facilities. The implementation process appeared to provide a mostly encouraging transition with a small number of components noted of concern to the staff. Areas of enhancement were revealed included improving training specific to job roles and supplying more fitting integration of processes and workflows.
The students were taught to generate oil (binder) from recycled asphalt pavement (aggregate) using a BuchiRotavapor R-15 for submission for elemental analysis (C, N, H,O) and engineering rheology testing and microbial growth. We obtained 18 samples from Oklahoma Department of Transportation divisions and two construction companies to compare the physical and chemical properties of these samples.
This paper caters to assess the satisfaction level of garment workers with their quality of work life highlighting the garments inside the Dhaka city in Bangladesh. The study includes20 garment industries in Dhaka city at random using lottery technique. Approximately 12 workers have been selected from each of the factories. Data have been collected using a structured questionnaire. The research factors include compensation, job security, and work load, career growth opportunity, working environment, job design, informal relationship and participation in decision making. The study analyzed the data obtained from the self-completion questionnaire.

The study investigates and measure the service quality level of S@ifur’s through SERVQUAL-model statements (Parasuraman et al, (1990),that means that we measure customer expectations and customer perceptions and make a comparison between different areas of service given by the organization. To do this Five-Point Likert Scale has been used to survey customers. The study actually reveals the state of service quality level and the customer perception on this service and whether the service quality level, its standard and customer perceptions are able to increase market share in the industry.
