Now-a-days quantum dot intermediate band solar cell (QD IBSC) is the most promising approach for increasing the efficiency of the solar cell. In this paper InxGa1-xN &GaAs based p-i-n reference cell and quantum dot intermediate band solar cell where AlxGa1-xAs is used in window layer have been studied for high efficiency and evaluated the performance with various parameters. Here quantum dots of InAs&InN are placed in the i-layer of p-i-n reference cell. V-I characteristics of p-i-n reference cell using GaAs, AlxGa1-xAs is observed & maximum efficiency & the short circuit current density is found 32.87% & 350 A/m2 respectively. Also an increased efficiency of 41.45% & short circuit current density of about 466.07 A/m2 is to be found for same structure using InxGa1-xN material. Maximum efficiency & short circuit current is to be found 58.77% & 649 A/m2 respectively for InxGa1-xN based QD IBSC and 51.59% & 543.36 A/m2 for GaAs based QD IBSC respectively. Comparing all the results we have found that InxGa1-xN based Quantum dot intermediate band solar cell offers the better efficiency.
With the reference for need of human beings to develop the low power dissipation based device which operates in very low power and reduce the cost for operation and design of device. This paper is an attempt to introduce the reader into the world of VLSI Technology and its implementation on Fabrication for designing the device. Our endeavor is to create the new invention on device which features very low power dissipation and cost reduction in designing this type of transistor through fabrication process for starting the revolution in the field of consumer electronics.
We present pairs of Pythagorean triangles, such that in each pair, the difference between their perimeters is two times the Dhuruva number. Also we present the number of pairs of primitive and non-primitive Pythagorean triangles.
Object of this research is to show that, within the framework of the current debate on the government of company, the starting point of the theory of agency is the divergence of interests between the owners and the leaders. It results a relation from it from agency, in which, one of the parts, indicated like agent, acts in the name of the other part, called the principal. So, principal and agency can have interest divergences. Our discussion thread throughout this research is the interest conflicts in the theory of agency.
It is axiomatic that the United Nations basically symbolizes peace and unity which member states or nations are expected to epitomize. Paradoxically, the anthems of many nations exhibit linguistic violence and rationalize or encourage using arms, shedding blood, going to war and paying supreme sacrifice. For example, we have expressions like “Hurry to arms people of Boyamo”, “To arms citizens! Form your battalions”, “War war! Soak our homeland’s flag in the wave of blood”, “Let us form cohorts, we are ready to die”, “we will drink from death and never be to our enemies like slaves”, “Our flag red with blood of victory, let us hasten to the battlefield”, “Arise Togo! Let us struggle without faltering, victory or death but dignity” and “We will be risen with weapons in our hands. Death, yes death but not shame” in the national anthems of Cuba, France, Mexico, Italy, Iraq, Vietnam, Togo and Senegal respectively. This paper identifies the linguistic violence of some countries’ national anthems, attempts a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) of the various forms of linguistic violence identified and suggests a linguistic overhaul of the affected countries’ anthems. This is to discourage a situation where anthems that should be instrumental to societal tranquillity and harmony now encourage violent acts and attacks.
Introduction. The practice of different sports disciplines generates, in certain cases, imbalances in the spine dynamics. Purpose: This paper aims to approach, both theoretically and methodically, the modalities through which the practice of different sports branches may induce pathologies susceptible to hinder the training progress. Content: The study presents a classification of sports disciplines from the perspective of their influence on the spinal column. The analysis relies on the discussion of some possible imbalances, but also on some methodical recommendations for the postural education of athletes. Conclusions: Athletes can practice their favorite sport without restrictions and with successful results, inclusively when they are confronted to spinal imbalances and back pains, if they are provided appropriate training, efficient prevention modalities and correct treatments. It is important for the athletes to be informed and become aware of the possible imbalances at their spine level, but also of some asymmetries of their body structure.
In this note we obtain a unified new integral whose integrand contains product of Aleph function and generalized multivariable polynomials having general arguments. Several integrals containing many simpler functions follow as special cases of this integral.
A study was conducted in Thovalai and Vilavancode Taluks in Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu to evaluate the Status of drinking water from shallow wells and bore-holes with respect to different physic-chemical parameter Temperature, pH, turbidity, alkalinity, hardness, salinity, fluoride, chloride total dissolved solids, dissolved oxygen, BOD, electrical conductivity total nitrogen, nitrate, sulphate ,ammonia, phosphate, total phosphorus, sodium, potassium and oxidation and reduction potential water samples were collected from different places from the taluks. Results reveal that almost all the Physic-Chemical parameter including the elemental investigations of the shallow wells and bore-holes have values within the range of permissible levels for drinking water. It was found that most of the parameters are within the permissible levels as described by WHO (1984).
The country of Belize is increasingly becoming more globalized and dependent on tourism for the economic development of the country. Belize has a fairly large population of indigenous people some of which have been forcefully relocated from other countries in Latin America. I examine shifts in Mayan identity as an indigenous people and at what expense tourism contributes to the indigenous communities’ economic development. I include trip interviews with Mayan individuals and families involved in the tourism industry in Belize that discuss how the Maya have commodified their culture. I also address the question of whether the rate of economic development is worth the loss of their unique culture. By analyzing the cultural trends and patterns the Maya are experiencing, we gather insight into how interacting and becoming a part of the outside world is resulting in the potential loss of Mayan identity.
The purpose of this article is to explore recent existing trends of opportunities in launching a new product in Thai’s market such as Italian Pasta. In addition, Bella Pasta Italiana is a fictitious company that introduces a SWOT analysis in the literature review that discusses, in depth, the main strategies of Bella Pasta Italiana doing business in Thailand. Moreover, Bella Pasta Italiana will adopt a marketing mix business strategy proposed by Griffin and Pustay (2015). Furthermore, from 2013 to 2020, the government of Thailand is willing to invest $67 billion in the country’s logistical infrastructure system (U.S. Commercial Service, 2014). For example, as The World Bank (2014) index indicates, it is very easy to do business in Thailand and the country index ranked Thailand as number 26 as compared to other populated countries in the Asian region. Therefore, from 2014 to 2018 the business environment in Thailand will improve its marginal and sustainability position (The Economist Intelligence Unit, 2014).
