Cloud computing is the re-incarnation of the client-server architecture. It is highly promising technology because of its unlimited resource provisioning and data storage services which help us in managing the data as per requirements. Due to the use of internet and vital remote servers to maintain the data and applications, the cloud computing environment becomes open for the attackers to attack on the user data and communication services. This paper mainly focuses on the user authentication and data security over the Broker Cloud Computing Paradigm by purposing new cryptographic technique named as Multi Round Selective Encryption using AES. Along with this, we compared our approach with existing cryptographic techniques as AES, Blowfish and Selective encryption to find out its pros and cons. The Multi Round Selective Encryption with AES is the best suitable technique where the file size is large because it gives fast execution by maintaining the encryption complexity as compared to selective encryption technique in public and hybrid cloud.
The present study is an attempt to evaluate the performance of public sector banks in terms of credit risk, efficiency and their impact on the profitability of these banks. The study covered the period from 2000 to 2010. With the help of panel data regression analysis the study concludes that NPLs affect adversely the profitability of banks while risk aversion seems to be in favor of the public sector banks in India. Though significant progress has been made in NPLs management, much still need to be done in order to improve the performance of scheduled commercial banks. Keeping in view the gravity of credit risk, the study recommends steps, towards the recovery of such loans, to be undertaken and enforced by the RBI.

The use of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is estimated to bring enormous changes in data gathering, processing and distribution for different environments and applications. However, a WSN is a powerful controlled system, since nodes run on limited power batteries. Prolong the lifetime of sensor networks depends on efficient management of sensing node of energy. Hierarchical routing protocols are best known in regard to energy efficient. By using a clustering technique hierarchical routing protocol greatly minimize the energy consumed in collecting and distributing the data. The proposed protocol focuses on reducing the energy consumption and increasing the energy efficiency and also increasing the number of alive nodes of wireless sensor networks better than exiting protocol.
In this paper we propose a system for dynamic hand gesture recognition of Arabic Sign Language. The proposed system takes the dynamic gesture (video stream) as input, extracts hand area and computes hand motion features, then uses these features to recognize the gesture. The system identifies the hand blob using YCbCr color space to detect skin color of hand.Thesystem classifies the input pattern based on correlation coefficients matching technique. The significance of the system is its simplicity and ability to recognize the gestures independent of skin color and physical structure ofthe performers. The experiment results show that the gesture recognition rate of 20 different signs, performed by 8 different signers, is 85.67%.
Model of new fixture design is presented for cylinder liners honing operation to improve productivity and reduce the rejection rate on honing machine. In mass production of cylinder liners, the industrial honing involves abrasive finishing process, during that liners need to be fixed on honing machine, For that a new model of fixture setup relative to honing operation of cylinder liner is proposed, planned and modeled such that the liners can be held in form closure and totally immobilized. This paper uses newer and innovative design of present day manufacturing industries for locating, positioning, clamping, for uniforce clamping hydraulic clampings are used. Fixture design is one of the important factor that play a role in providing manufacturing processes with more productivity and have brought many benefits like reduced rejection. Fixtures are used in many manufacturing processes to locate, hold and support the work securely. While designing this paper, a good number of literature written on the subject by renowned authors are referred. The paper includes finished parts model and 3D assembled view of fixture using Pro/Engineer Wildfire.
The aim for turbine design is to increase the efficiency and avoid cavitation and fractures during operation.. A brief discussion on a the design philosophy during the last 60 years with will be presented.The structural design has moved from castings and riveted plates to fully fabricated structures of high tensile strength steel in the stationary parts and stainless 13/4 Cr/Ni or 16/5 (17/4) Cr/Ni steel have substituted the 13/1 Cr/Ni in runners.The paper also includes an ancient runner design with plate steel blades moulded in cast steel at crown and band. Such high head runners, put in operation in 1950, hve been in operation in good condition Norway until about 15 years ago. A discussion on stress analyses and fatigue problems of pressure loaded parts and high frequency fatigue in runners, will be presented.

Modelling and control of space robots is not an easy task to perform, because the equations of motion that govern phenomenon are highly nonlinear. Furthermore, unlike fixed base manipulators a freefloating space robot exhibits non-holonomic behavior as a result of the non-integrability of the angular momentum conservation law. In recent days space robots are extensively used to play a significant role in space applications like, scheduled servicing of satellites and spacecrafts including refuelling tasks, inspection of remote sites or verification of structures, retrieval of tumbling tools or astronauts, and assembly or welding of space structures. In a large number of these applications, the manipulator endeffector is required to interact with the environment. Due to the interaction between the endeffector and the environment, the interaction torques act on the endeffector which gets transmitted through links to the base of the vehicle and the orientation of the vehicle changes. Hence, precise control of the manipulator’s trajectory, attitude and impedance are critically important. This paper addressed the current state-oftheart in key areas of the space robotics by reviewing recently available literatures particularly on free flying and free floating space robots which help in summarizing various research outcomes in a structured manner.
A questão essencial deste artigo se apresenta da seguinte forma: qual é a relação entre a educação aristocrática e ensino jurídico no Brasil? Este texto tem por objetivo problematizar questões educacionais, mormente no que se refere ao ensino jurídico. A educação aristocrática se refere a uma educação superior, oposto a qualquer tipo de massificação. Destarte, se a educação aristocrática aponta para a superioridade intelectual, por meio da dimensão individual, será que ela poderia ser aplicada também ao ensino jurídico? Neste diapasão, os resultados alcançados evidenciam que a concepção de educação aristocrática, pensada no contexto do Direito, em última análise, propicia a revaloração da educação jurídica. Visto o esquálido cenário educacional brasileiro, faz-se necessário uma nova concepção de educação que não seja sectária, estanque ou moralizadora
