The influences of activated carbon (AC) and phosphorus (P) to asparagus growth were assessed under laboratory conditions. The asparagus cultivar; Gijnlim (G) of the European origin, were cultivated in different continuous replanting system. AC was incorporated into sandy soil, was amended with 15 years old root residue (RR) before the sowing of asparagus for the first, second (first replanting), third (second replanting) and fourth (third replanting) time of continuous planting. In all the planting, P was applied weekly basis at P0 (0), P1 (7.5), P2 (15.5) and P3 (22.5) mg•l−1. After third replanting, in without AC, P0 and with RR treatment, root biomass inhibited (P<0.05) by 55% and total P uptake by 52 %. Controversially, when AC was incorporated into the soil as phosphorus (P3) increased level and without RR, asparagus root biomass inhibited (P<0.05) up to 18%, total P uptake by 20 %. AC with applied P alters soil P availability and plant growth even in the presence of the RR allelopathic agent. This study provided the evidence of AC and P application will be required to improve growth and nutrient uptake by overcoming nutrient immobilization under continuous replanting
Purpose-Ethics has captured the attention of many today for a variety of reasons as well as in urban issues, has been applied the phrase “ethical space”, including moral experiences of the world around us. How much our urban spaces contribute us to accumulate right experiences following that right knowledge about the world. That means ethical space should motivate us to work towards betterment of ourselves, of society, of the world we live. These comments have attracted geographers, planners and architects around the phenomenology of ethical thoughts instead of the absolute rational ethical ideologies.Indeed, there are not the clear and fix factors on ethical decision makings whereas the ethical factors are changing via time changing; the question has put forward “how do urban spaces have led us to a moral stance?”, “do ethics justifications hinge on the time?” And demarcation a question “what the ethical prospect of urban spaces is” (is that religion, politics, personal, law?).
This article examines aesthetic components of print media news and feature stories and emphasizes on the need for present and upcoming journalists, particularly in Nigeria, to help protect the profession by always considering the aesthetic worth of their stories. This is in view of the fact that with the growing importance of textual component of an average newspaper and magazine, and continuous textual degeneration in most Nigerian newspapers and magazines, not enough research works have been carried out in the area. Of course investigations show that most of the research works on print media aesthetics in the country have been in the area of physical design and layout of newspaper and/or magazine pages, hence the article’s emphasis that the aspect of news and feature contents needs commensurate concentration. The article posits that as is the case in electronic media, there are certain seemingly neglected inter-related variables that are by their nature considered as aesthetic fields in the written word (news and features). Accordingly, the work identifies and illuminates certain aesthetic fields that should be recognized, considered and applied by any journalist who, irrespective of the structure or form of his writing, aims at making reading a pleasurably rewarding exercise. A position of this discourse is that a news or feature story that takes cognizance of the interrelated aesthetic fields is a bestseller to any newspaper or magazine outfit or reader.
Cohesion is a very important quality attribute in software. As we know that there are number of cohesion metrics are proposed in the literature to measure the cohesion of software systems. These metrics gives undefined values for a large number of classes which comes under special cases. Because of this reason, these metrics became non-applicable for these classes as they are unable to give cohesion values for these classes. In this paper, a value assignment criterion would be used to make cohesion metrics applicable and the concept of inheritance would be included for these special cases. Study the effect of including or excluding the inherited elements i.e., methods and attributes.
In this paper, the designing and analysis of T-shape microstrip patch antenna presented. The shape will provide the broad bandwidth which is required for the operation of fourth generation wireless systems. The operating frequency of antenna is 2.5 GHz, the dielectric constant and thickness of the antenna is 4.2, 1.6mm respectively. The simulation results of antenna are done by the help of IE3D Zeland Software (Version 12.0) and MATLAB programming. For the analysis of antenna we used the popular Finite difference time domain method (FDTD). This antenna is fed by a co-axial probe feeding. In this paper, the effects of different types of antenna parameters like return loss, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), impedance etc. are also studied.

Contemporary network management system is, managing traffic flow in order to avoid network bottlenecks and consecutive service interruptions are one of the major tasks performed. Accustomed the simple but forwarding and rigid routing functionalities in Internet Protocol based environments, dynamic resource management and control clarifications against high traffic conditions is still yet to be accomplish. In this article, we introduce AMPLE — An Efficient Traffic Engineering and Management system that performs robust traffic control by using more number of virtualized routing techniques. The proposed system consists of two conclusive parts: "offline link weight optimization" that takes as input from the environmental network topology and tries to produce maximum routing path redirect across more number of constructive routing topologies for distant future operation through the customized setting of link weights. Based on these different paths, "adaptive traffic control" performs inventive traffic splitting across distinctive routing topologies in reaction to the monitored network dynamics at short time period. According to our assessment with real network topologies and traffic evidence, the proposed system is able to manage almost optimally with unexpected traffic dynamics and, as such, it constitutes a new presentation for action for accomplishing better quality of service and overall network performance in Internet Protocol networks
This study was carried out in four water bodies of Bhopal for a period of 2 years. Monthly changes in physico-chemical parameters such as air temperature, water temperature, total dissolved solids, hydrogen-ion concentration, dissolved oxygen, free carbon dioxide, phenolphthalein alkalinity, total alkalinity, chloride, calcium hardness and total hardness along with bacterial occurrence were studied. The results indicated changes in physico-chemical parameters and occurrence of bacteria depending on the different seasons of the year.
Building Energy Saving Management means Building Energy Saving Genius.Reviewing the Construction and Building globally, energy saving has been one of the fastest growth in industry during the last decade. It is hard to formatting from ‘Building Energy Saving Management’ into work and the construction industry, in particular. The effect of CEO entrenchment has often been attached to the company owners wealth measured by financial performance. CEOs are more concerned about coalition members, and recognized the importance of integrating stakeholders into the evaluation system of managerial performance. In this paper, we focus on the evolution of governance systems by integrating stakeholders’ perspective. We illustrate the crossing from the "shareholder" approach to "partnership" approach as part of the activism of managers. Based on some managerial performance ratios as input, our approach is to use a combination of rough set theory, the genetic algorithm and support vector machines to predict whether satisfaction can be a factor that promotes CEO entrenchment. From a sample of45 Tunisian companies listed during the year period 2008, we evaluate the stakeholders’influence on the CEO entrenchment strategy . The proposed approach shows that a CEO who cares about his entrenchment, can provide very favorable conditions to employees and customers who contribute to reduce his risk of being dismissed, to overlap his term of office and even exceed his retirement age.
