In the present era, customer relationship marketing plays a vital role. The major goals of customer relationship marketing can be expressed simply as understanding and treating customers better for increased loyalty and profit. Main purpose of the study is examining the relationship between customer relationship marketing and customer satisfaction. Customer relationship marketing can be measured through following ten variables trust, commitment, empathy and equity. Data were collected through a seven points Likert type summated rating scales of questionnaire. A sample of one hundred and seven customers was surveyed from three mobile service providing companies such as Airtel, Dialog, and Mobitel. Correlation and regression analyzed has been employed to measure relationship and contribution among the dependent and independent variables.
The research work deals with studying ofthe relation between shares and bonds and comparative analysis of stock (shares) which are listed on stock market exchange and bonds (Government Securities) which are listed in NSE Government security index, which issued in whole sale debt market. For evaluating the relation between stock and bond market to study the comparative analyses of both markets and also finds out the correlation and cointegration between both markets, whether these markets correct each other or not. The objective of this paper is to scrutinize the correlation and linkage structure of stock and bond return across different time-phase horizon between stock and Bond Market Indices over a period from January 2005 to Dec 2010. The findings outbuilding some light on the presence of mean deteriorating arrangement of correlation across changed economic environments. During the economic richness, there is an indication of positive and significant correlation between bond and stock returns. An insignificant positive correlation was also observed during the recession period. Conversely, in the course of the recovery period, negative and insignificant relation was observed. Conclusions on co-movement of stock and bond index recommend no evenness relationship with any short-term error correction. Results also indicate that the stock and bond markets of are independent of each other, with most of the variations in indices being explained by past value of each respective market Indian capital market.
This paper aims to study non verbal cues in group behavior amongst youngsters. For this analysis two groups (age ranging from 18-19 years) of 66 students, 45 boys and 21 girls were studied. They were studied at different time intervals and in different setting. It has been observed that there were various non verbal cues which were more prominent and expressive than the verbal interaction. The non verbal cues of the participants which occur throughout the interaction were more instrumental in shaping the group behavior than the verbal cues.
Pseudomonas stutzeuri a sewage isolate has been reported to produce extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) invitro and forms high quality biofilm in natural environment .An attempt is made to increase the extracellular polymeric substances and its Biofilm forming ability of the isolate using Design Expert-8 a statistical software .Various factors like concentration of carbon source, Nitrogen source , pH, Temperature are known to influence the process of EPS synthesis. FTIR reports strongly infer the presence of anionic glycoprotein polymer with stretching- NH vibrations around 3100 - 3500nm and –CH vibration around 1637.99 indicating the presence of aldehyde group. HPLC further ensured the presence of glucose ,galactose ,rhamnose and verbacose at a concentration of 30%,22%,26%,25%and 5% respectively. Phenol sulphuric acid assay and Barfoards assay showed the presence of 60% and 30% of carbohydrate and protein components respectively. The polymer showed metal binding ability of 26% and 42% of lead and copper respectively complimented by its anionic nature. Extracted EPS showed noticeable emulsifying effect on diesel, engine oil, petrol and grease that can route this to successful tool for bioremediation.
The growing need have handwritten Marathi character recognition in Indian offices such as passport, railways etc has made it vital area of a research. Similar shape characters are more prone to misclassification. In this paper a novel method is provided to recognize handwritten Marathi characters based on their features extraction and adaptive smoothing technique. Feature selections methods avoid unnecessary patterns in an image whereas adaptive smoothing technique form smooth shape of charecters. Combination of both these approaches leads to the better results. Previous study shows that, no one technique achieves 100% accuracy in handwritten character recognition area. This approach of combining both adaptive smoothing & feature extraction gives better results (approximately 75-100) and expected outcomes.
This study sets out to examine the relationship between level of poverty and vulnerability to attack of HIV/AIDS. It attempted to analyse the probability of attack of AIDS especially among female adolescents if their economic condition of living is poor. The study adopted both primary and secondary sources of data. Primary data were obtained from interview conducted on few randomly selected (100) patients of the People Living With HIV/AIDS in Ilesa Osun State, South Western Nigeria while the secondary data were gathered through journal articles, government documents, library, internet and daily news papers. . The findings of the study revealed that there is a positive relationship between level of poverty and infection of HIV/AIDS especially among female adolescents It further revealed that the poor female adolescents are more susceptible to attack of HIV/AIDS infection than those coming from the rich family background. This assertion was confirmed by 70 percent of our respondents The paper concluded that there is a strong relationship between poverty among female adolescents and tendency to be vulnerable to HIV/AIDS attack.
Water availability for Abeokuta, a sub humid part of Nigeria was determined using Blaney-Criddle method and applying 21 years of data on precipitation, sunshine hours, wind speed, minimum and maximum temperature and relative humidity. The water need of certain crops within the study area such as cotton, maize, pepper and tomato were derived. This was done by calculating the evapo-transpiration values for each month within the study period, estimating the growth stages of the crops, the crop factor for each growth stage, the crop factor for each of the month during the growing season, calculating the daily crop water need and the monthly crop water need. Result showed that the crop water need for the growing season of maize is 375 mm. It also showed that maize can be planted conveniently within its growing season without irrigation in Abeokuta. The result obtained for cotton showed that the crop water need for the growing season is 588 mm and that the plant could be planted during its season in the study area with irrigation. The result obtained for tomato showed that the crop water need for the growing season is 498 mm and that it can be planted conveniently within its growing season without irrigation in Abeokuta. The result obtained for pepper showed that the crop water need required for the growing season is 513 mm. It also showed that pepper can be planted conveniently within its growing season without irrigation in Abeokuta.
In earlier paper Saxena et al.(2002,2003)[18],[19] derived the solutions of a number of fractional kinetic equations in terms of generalized Mittage-Leffler functions which extended the work of Haubold and Mathai (2000)[5].The objects of present paper is to investigate the solution of fractional diffusion equation involving Mittag-Leffler functions. The method involves simultaneous application of Laplace and Fourier transforms with time and space variable respectively. The results obtained are in a form of H-function.
"Pilgrimage tourism; rather it is a form of tourism motivated, partly or wholly by religious motives closely or loosely connected with holiday making or with journey undertaken for social, cultural or political reasons over short or long distances".The study would contribute to identify the need for pilgrimage tourism development in Tamilnadu with special reference to Velankanni, Nagore and Thirunallar. Tamilnadu has varied tourism destination which satisfy the needs and demands of almost every class of visitors. This study aims to study pilgrimage tourist motivators, tourist profile and problem and opportunities with respect of accommodation, accessibility, attractions and amenities in Velankanni,Nagore,Thirunallar.
