The regionally metamorphosed syngenetic sedimentary bodies of manganese ores in the Sausar Group of Balaghat district, Madhya Pradesh exhibit a definite trend in the formation and transformation of manganese oxide phases with progressive metamorphism. A regional trend is clearly noticeable from the paragenesis of Ore minerals in the manganese ore bodies from different metamorphic zones. Braunite forms at a very low temperature, appearing in the chlorite zone of regional metamorphism, and it continues in stable form right up to the sillimanite zone. Bixbyite as a high temperature mineral appears first in biotite zone and also appears in the sillimanite and almandine zone in the Balaghat. It shows evidences, at places, of conversion to hausmannite, and a second generation of this mineral is also found to have been formed as conversion product in the cleavages of the latter in ore bodies of sillimanite zone in Tirodi areas. Free hausmannite is characteristic of only the sillimanite zone. Bixbyite is accompanied by hollandite which is also a transformation product of psilomelane formed in elevated temperature condition. The association of braunite, bixbyite and hollandite (in the absence of jacobsite, hausmannite and vredenburgite) continues to the almandine zone (Bharweli-Ukwa area).

Antiplatelet therapy comprises a group of drugs used in the treatment of valvular heart disease, cardiac stents, rhythm disorders, pulmonary embolism and cerebrovascular diseases (1). The patients followed-up by regular measurement of the haemostatic parameters usually miss their follow-up visits due to the social reasons and are exposed to uncontrolled side effects of these drugs. The people admitting for the side effects of anticoagulant therapy are commonly seen in the emergency department because of the increased use of this group of drugs (2,3).

Although research has been conducted and several approaches have been devised to reduce this restriction but there is need for further improvement. As a result, this research work proposes a new solution that combines biometrics technology (Finger Print) together with (password) to provide secure on line transaction through multiple factors security solution. It makes, verifying process and verification for shopper’s identity more secured by recognize individual based on measurable biological characteristics (Fingerprint) and provision of a link to identify the authorized user, this minimizes frauds. This addresses and reduced the security problems that are associated with existing on line transaction and e-payments. The design was implemented using Visual Basic.Net and SQL because of their supports for implementing web-based security systems. Samples of (130) on line shoppers were used for this research work to capture fingerprints from index and thumb fingers of left and right hands, also the attitudes of the customers in terms of password selection and management.

In Mexico, as well as worldwide level, school performance is one of the main concerns of the countries. This performance has been affected by the wave of violence the country lives. There are multiple researches that seek to explain the phenomenon of violence in and around the schools, but until now, corruption had not been considered as one of the quantitative variables that can explain this problematic. With data from the Survey of Victimization and Perception of the Public Safety of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography, the records of the students and the coverage rates by the official educational level, through a procedure of multiple linear regression, it was found with a minor significance to 5% that the low coverage of the population with an educational degree at bachelors level, violent gangs, the resulting frequent thefts and assaults, the lack of public lighting and the problem of corruption explain the problems of the community crime near schools. The recommendation is for the authorities of the communities to keep ssurveilling and monitoring the problem of corruption to attain a good school performance.

Despite availability of resources to start or operate men and women owned businesses there exist disparity in performance especially in growth and size, with women registering lower performance compared to men. Research indicates that women owned small businesses continue to lag behind in terms of growth and size compared (Coleman, 2007) to men owned small businesses. The main objective of this study was to examine the effect of the relationship between firms‟ Resources use on performance of women-owned and men-owned SMEs. This research explored the relationship between Gender variation in Financial resources use and performance of SMEs.

The determination of parameters of controllers is an important problem in automatic control systems. In this paper, the Levenberg Marquardt (LM) Algorithm is used to effectively solve this problem with reasonable computational effort. The Levenberg Marquardt (LM) Algorithm for optimization of three term (PID) controller parameters with dynamic model of pH neutralization process is presented. The main goal is to show the merits of Levenberg Marquardt algorithm optimization and to determine its suitability in the area of control systems. Lastly, the application of this approach to the calculation of the parameters of PID controller shows that the Levenberg Marquardt (LM) algorithm has a better dynamic performance of pH neutralization process.

The newly designed indigenous Bhabhatron-II is installed in our institution. The Telecobalt machines were put into use for Radiotherapy after the possibility of producing High activity sources with smaller dimension which satisfies the ideal requirement of Teletherapy source. The Bhabhatron II head can accommodate nearly 250RMM source strength. Being a computer controlled machine the Bhabhatron machine differs from other conventional Telecobalt machines. This machine has advanced features such as asymmetric collimators, motorized wedge etc. This unit has keypad attached at both sides of the couch that also has digital display. The patient treatment is computer controlled. The plan parameters can be entered in the console computer and the exposure time can be programmed. This unit suits well for developing countries provided the cost of the source shall be maintained cheaper.

This study examines the effect of religious schools onacademic aspirations in a developing world context.Data from 21Catholic, evangelical and secular private schools in Guatemala are used to compare student aspirations in each school type. Hierarchical linear models are constructed to examine differences controlling for keytheoretical determinants. Results reveal that surprisingly high percentages of private school children in the sample (75%) aspire to complete university.School comparisons demonstrate that evangelical school students(particularly girls) are more likely than students from other private schools to aspire to attend university. Theoretical and practical implications for development are discussed.
