This paper discusses about how the consumers are affected by “sight” and “hearing” type of promotions. The objective of this reading is to let the retailers or advertisers to reconsider the strategy before creating promotions. Some of the promotion strategies may be effective for certain products or brands. However, it may be a failure if the strategies do not fit the brands or market segments.
we all know that presently in 21st century one of the most emerging problem is Data Security. There is no guarantee that the data we have sent may be hacked by any Hacker or the data we have sent may reach correctly to the receiver or not. So many data security techniques have been emerged from past 2 to 3 years. But still we need a best technique to protect the data from third parties. Cryptography is an art of scrambling the data in order to provide security and confidentiality. Cryptography is being used in order for the securely transmission of the data. This paper provides a new idea for Data encryption and decryption in order to provide security for data.
Pure TiO2 films, modified by the addition of Degussa P25 powder and Ag-doped were synthesized using sol-gel route and immobilized in borosilicate support at different withdrawing rates and dipping time. They were characterized by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electronic microscopy and high-resolution field-emission gun scanning electronic microscopy. Their photocatalytic activities under UV irradiation were examined using phenol. The higher activities were achieved through the Ag-doped films deposited with 0.4 mm s-1 and two dipping. Approximately 90% of the organic contaminant was photodegradated after 24 h of irradiation.
In this paper we have developed a summation formula involving contiguous relation. We have developed this formula using the contiguous relation and involving the formula derived by Salahuddin et. al.[7, p.78-84(8)].
Optimism is indispensable in increasing possibilities for achieving success. It is very crucial to develop optimism from the early childhood. Nice slogans and wonders about success do not constitute the basis of optimism. It seems that the way of one’s thinking about experiences and “I will try to do something” attitude are the fundamentals of optimism. Undertaking work on learning optimism contributes to creating relaxed children and adults, which may be difficult nowadays. The aim of the article is to present such a method of working with children so as to enable them to develop themselves and live to the fullest while being motivated and ready to pick challenges waiting for everyone. The question is whether a child is willing to accept them and whether he or she can handle unpleasant consequences. It is vital that these consequences do not affect a child badly and hamper their further development.
Family life concerns subjective and individual moments which are always unique, and constitute a part of one’s life. Therefore, it is more difficult to establish the value that is attributed to the notion of family by people in general. In order to define the value of specific, existing family environment, the quality of life of the constituents of such an environment are taken into account. Experience and the level of satisfying individual needs have a great impact on the quality of one’s family life. If a family finds itself in a deep trouble, and is unable to tackle it, then its life quality is impoverished in a significant way. The consequences of disfunctioning of a family as well as the inability to perform the tasks that a family is expected to fulfil are severe. These ramifications have a great impact on a child’s life, and the worst case scenario happens if the child is separated from its family. On the basis of the interview with a person who grew up in the orphanage, it can be concluded that despite the fact that one may have bad memories about their family, and he or she may think low of it, family is still ideologically valuable for them.
This paper investigates the financial performance of interest- based conventional commercial banks and interestfree Islamic banks in Bangladesh using descriptive statistics, ttest and test of hypotheses. Data has been processed through ‘Statistical Package for Social Science’ (SPSS) software. The data consist of accounting figures of 4 interests based conventional commercial banks and 4 interest free Islamic banks from 2009 to 2013. The study revealed mixed results. The study found that conventional commercial banks are superior in terms of performance regarding in commitment to economy and community development, productivity and efficiency where performance of Islamic banks in terms of business development, profitability, liquidity and solvency is superior to that of conventional banks.
Vanet is most important and new type adhoc networking which needs attention. If research of scholars and technology of automobile industry combinely work in this area they can reduces accidents happening on roads. Basically Vanet is Adhoc network in which vehicles are treated as Node. And these nodes are communicating with each other as well as rsu [Road side unit] s on the road. In This paper we shortly studied real time examples of vanet. There is huge no of accidents happens at the intersection.
The paper aims at investigating the effect of bank specific and macroeconomic determinants on profitability of seven Islamic banks in Bangladesh during 2003 to 2013. The study uses pool regression model and system GMM in the investigation process. The study considers ROAA, ROAE and NIM while ROAA is found more preferred profitability indicator for the Islamic banks in Bangladesh. The study reveals a robust negative effect of credit risk, loan ratio, cost efficiency and capitalization on profitability while robust positive effect bank size on profitability of the Islamic banks in Bangladesh. The study further finds that implementation of Basel II accord does not increase profitability of the Islamic bank in Bangladesh. The study suggests some significant policy recommendation in order to improve the profitability of the Islamic banks in Bangladesh.
The rice husk ash (RHA) waste from biomass power plant in Thailand is still underutilized leaving disposal problems. Indeed, this material content high silica inside it has a possibility to become a potential zeolites precursor. In this study, small particle of RHA has been reused to prepare a Na-A and Na-X zeolites with high purity using two step method hydrothermal treatments. First, RHA was submitted to a chemical pre-treatment using NaOH powder and then adjusting the Si/Al molar ratio by adding sodium aluminate solutions, and maintaining the mixture at different temperature and heating time. Pure zeolites used to remove cadmium from aqueous solution concentration ranging from 30 to 500 mg/L and at the temperature of 20, 30 and 40oC using batch technique. The effect of time, initial concentration, pH and temperature on removal process was investigated. The results showed that kinetic data were followed more closely the pseudo-second order model than the pseudo-first order by both zeolites. The adsorption isotherms were described by Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models, and both model fitted well with both zeolites. The thermodynamic parameters such as, Gibbs free energy changes (ΔGo), standard enthalpy change (ΔHo) and standard entropy change (ΔSo) had been determined. The results show that cadmium ion removed onto Na-A and Na-X zeolites are an endothermic and spontaneous in nature.
