A company’s brand may be one of the most important marketing tools in order to have a successful product. Research and academic interest in branding has greatly increased due to the impact branding can have on a product (Hudson & Hudson, 2006). As defined by Wood (2000), brand equity is the “measure of the strength of consumers’ attachment to a brand and the description of the association and beliefs the consumer has about the brand”. A brand can elicit emotions, memories, and a connection between the product and the consumer (Hudson & Hudson, 2006). Brands should be regarded as valuable, long-term corporate assets due to their importance in promoting one’s product (Wood, 2000). Global brands have an even larger impact worldwide. Globalization and branding are both a growing and expanding part of business ventures. As globalization has accelerated, the importance of positive branding has become crucial to having a competitive product globally (Hsieh, 2002). The Disney Company is at the forefront of globalized entertainment branding. In order to understand the process and importance behind globalization and branding, this study will explore the development of the Disney Company and its brand. The purpose of this study is to examine the history behind the Disney Company to better understand what has enabled them to create such positive brand equity on a global scale. To accomplish this purpose, this paper will investigate important research as it relates to branding, marketing, and globalization. Historical, descriptive, and narrative facets were employed in conjunction with discussion of the literature reviews. Also, this project will explore important facets of the Disney Company in order to better elucidate and understand what has enabled their corporation to develop such a strong positive global brand. Most of the information in this paper will come from refereed journal articles and the Disney website. Through an interesting study on the Disney Company,

The area was investigated for the first time and information about the traditional uses with special reference to their medicinal were collected and documented before they are lost. From the economic and botanical point of view the study area has great potentiality.
Shape and dimensions of the glenoid cavity are important in the design and fitting of glenoid components for total shoulder arthroplasty. An understanding of variations in normal anatomy of the glenoid is essential while evaluating pathological conditions like osseous bankart lesions and osteochondral defects. In the present study done on 224 dry scapulae, three glenoid diameters were measured. The average superiorinferior diameter on right and the left side were 33.68±4.32mm and 32.09±4.11mm respectively. The average anteriorposterior diameter of the lower half of the right glenoid was 23.29±2.34mm and that of the left glenoid was 24.90±2,95mm. the mean diameter of the upper half of the right glenoid was 15.74±1.75mm and that of the left glenoid was 16.81±1.74mm. The left glenoid cavity was slightly shorter in length, but broader especially in the upper part as compared to the left glenoid cavity. The current study also recorded a higher percentage of glenoid cavities having the glenoid notch in the anterior margin of the glenoid as compared to earlier studies. While evaluating defects and lesions of the glenoid, this fact could be useful. Smaller dimensions of the glenoid cavities in the south Indian population may have to be taken into consideration while designing and fitting glenoid components while performing total shoulder arthroplasty.
The modern management of the intellectual capital of an organization, as a determinant for efficient and effective operation of the organization has access of a teamwork. Teamwork means quality leadership which is essential for successful team leading. Basic foundation upon which is built the overall operation of the organization, are the functional culture and the „healthy“ work environment. The organizational culture is a determinant that affects the level of motivation of every member of the organization, its development and way of its managing. Depending on its structure and valid items, it represents the basis for creating a creative strategy for the implementation of the mission and achieving the organizational vision. Good organizational climate means properly constructed communication, mutual respect to level of cooperation and unity both within the teams and in the whole organization. It creates conditions for creative execution of the working processes in conditions of reliability and it builts an opportunity for innovative behavior of each individual who feels the organization as an opportunity to build professional and career development.
Cognitive radio (CR) technology is envisaged to solve the problems in wireless networks resulting from the limited available spectrum and the inefficiency in the spectrum usage by exploiting the existing wireless spectrum opportunistically. CR networks, equipped with the intrinsic capacities of the cognitive radio, will provide an ultimate spectrumaware communication paradigm in wireless communications. Specifically, in cognitive radio ad hoc networks (CRAHNs), the distributed multihop architecture, the dynamic network topology, and the time and location varying spectrum availability are some of the key distinguishing factors. In this paper, intrinsic properties and current research challenges of the CRAHNs are presented. A particular emphasis is given to distributed coordination between CR users through the establishment of a common control channel. Lastly, a new commission called the park model is explained, where CRAHN users may independently determine their own performance based on pre-decided spectrum. The performance is comparable to MANET routing protocols In this system implementation through real time systems with Specialized ANDROID BASED OPERATING SYSTEMS.
Nigeria adopts the dualist approach to international human right laws and it remains one of the countries with the highest medical-related death rates in the world. The nonenforceability of member state’s minimum core obligation and, the non-justiciability of ECSRs in Nigeria remains seemingly, a major impediment to the realization of health right in Nigeria thus; Nigeria ranks 158 out of 177 countries on the Human Development Index. Eleanor D. Kinney suggested approaches that can advance recognition and implementation of human right to health in the US however, Kinney wittingly excluded justiciability approach to the implementation and realization of right to health given that once a legislation is enacted and full recognition is given to this class of right, policies and programs will be established and adequate funding will become essential. The present position in Nigeria is different. There are laws – international and regional treaties already domesticated. These laws are focused on the realization of health rights in Nigeria. The paper therefore, contends that given the judicial activism evidences from India, South Africa and its effects on the implementation and accessibility of health care right in these countries, the setbacks in realizing health right in Nigeria is a challenge to the Nigerian Judiciary. The paper suggests that the judicial activism experienced in India and South Africa, offers an instrument for realizing health right also in Nigeria while accountability on budget allocation and the appropriate interpretation of the existing corpus for realization of health right is a required tool which would guarantee realizing the right to health in Nigeria and not justiciability of health right per se.

The study analyzed the risk preferences and coping strategies among poultry farmers in Abeokuta, Nigeria. The multistage sampling technique was used to select 70 poultry farmers for the study. Data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, risk behavioural and multiple regression models. Results showed that 64% of the farmers had tertiary education, 81% had previous risk experience, 76% earned above N100,000 ($ 625) monthly. Major sources of risk included market and production risks. Common risk coping strategies included increasing staff working hours and diversification of enterprise. Some 53% of the farmers are risk seekers. Factors which positively and significantly (p ≤0.05) determine risk preference included age, educational level, household size, cooperatives participation, credit access and income level. It is recommended that government efforts should be directed towards reducing production and market risks; enhancing farmers’ participation in cooperatives and facilitating access to agricultural credit facilities to indirectly insure farms against risks.
The study proposes an Electronically Tunable Third-Order Switched-Capacitor Filter with Feedforward Signal to minimize Overshoot Configuration. This circuit is designed for center frequency f0=15 KHz. The proposed circuit discusses a new configuration to realize third-order with three filter functions low-pass, band-pass, and high- pass simultaneously in single circuit. The circuit uses OP-AMP and MOSFET with Capacitor as Switched-Capacitor. The response of circuit is studied for different circuit merit factor Q and center frequency f0=15 KHz. The filter circuit can be used for both narrow as well as for wide bandwidth, Also, this circuit works for electronically tunable bandwidth. The gain roll-off for this circuit is close to the ideal value of 18 dB / octave (40dB/ decade) as for third order filters. This filter configuration shows better response for Q ≥ 0.4. Also, stabilization of gain for High- pass filter function can be achieved at 0dB for Q≥0.4. In the proposed circuit configuration, the peak gain for overshoot is minimizing from 44dB to 5dB due to the feedforward input signal. The Low-pass filter function works practically only for higher merit factor Q. The circuit shows better response for Q ≥ 0.4 and f0 =15 kHz.
