In any economy, banking sector plays a vital role for overall development of different industries. Bangladesh is in the way of its development and banks as financial institutions have significantontribution in the development process of the country. A number of private and public banks are operating in this country where a mentionable number of female employees are working side by side of male employees and the number is growing day by day. Employers of banks are attracting them by providing competitive and attractive remuneration package and good working environment. But the job satisfaction levels of female employees are yet to be measured. The productivity of serviceriented firms depends on the employees - usually treated as main force, which is again affected by their satisfaction or dissatisfaction level. The purpose of the study is to examine their (femalemployees’) job satisfaction forces in banks. The study results reveal 12driven forces relevant job satisfaction and needed to be addressed properly for this banking sector development.
The use of autonomous vehicles, for a wide variety of applications, has been increasing during the latest years. Land-based vehicles can be used for many purposes, but are not as versatile as could be desired, because they are dependent on the terrain. Aerial vehicles, such as aero planes and helicopters, do not depend on the terrain in the area of operation, as the land based vehicle. An autonomous helicopter has an advantage in maneuverability compared to an autonomous aero plane, which is not able to hover (stand still in the air). This and the ability to take off and land in limited spaces are clear advantages of the autonomous helicopter. An autonomous helicopter is a versatile platform for a wide variety of applications. It can be used in situations as agricultural crop dusting, search and rescue missions, inspection of bridges or power lines, surveillance of larger areas etc. Helicopters are complex, high performance machines designed to ensure the safety of their occupants during their expected lifetimes. To accomplish their goals, helicopters require extensive maintenance during their lifetimes at set intervals, whether necessary or not. To help alleviate the need for unnecessary maintenance, condition based maintenance systems are under heavy development, with the military expressing much interest in such systems. As the name implies, condition-based maintenance systems rely on information about the condition of various mechanical components to determine when maintenance is necessary. This has the potential to greatly reduce cost and enhance safety. The system developed here uses data from three sensors to monitor the condition of a radio-controlled helicopter. Data from the sensors is transmitted to a microcontroller, where it is processed before being transferred to actuators and eventually to a computer for storage and visualization. The system must fulfill several requirements imposed by the constraints of the radio-controlled helicopter, mainly small
The voluntary surrender system of China budded in the Western Zhou Dynasty and matured in the Tang Dynasty, and its concept was first confirmed when the law amendment was implemented in the end period of Qing Dynasty. The 1997 Chinese Criminal Law defined the system of voluntary surrender in detail, and it has been one of special systems in the Chinese legal system. Because the understanding of the historical evolution of the voluntary surrender system is very important for the present jurisdiction and the perfection of the voluntary surrender system, so the course of the voluntary surrender system developing from nothing, becoming better and approaching perfection day by day was unscrambled from the historical view in the article for references.
At the beginning of reform and opening up, Chinese society, for the accounting unit of the average distribution of the internal criticism of the theory and in practice, reflects the very good results, due to the existence of this concept to be sure the field is not correct, combined with the average distribution of the old barrier development of productive forces, in the "angrily denounced "the average allocation process, people seem to be intentionally or unintentionally, this criticism of the excessive expansion of the range, resulting in practice at the macro level, the distribution of income redistribution and, ultimately, was "efficiency first" cover look after the contrast between the different levels is too large, the amount of public interest from the material strength of the different evolved into distinct groups or classes. In the final analysis is due to a general criticism of the average distribution of the reasons, it must be evenly distributed in the critical resources through the definition of the property of the recource scientifically, for "equal distribution" under the cover of the income gap is too poor, or in the relevant areas of the distribution range of the average distribution of the concept of recovery to achieved through the scientific development goal of building a harmonious society.
The object of this paper is to study ∅-recurrent generalized Sasakian-space-forms. It is proved that a ∅- recurrent generalized Sasakian-space-forms is an 𝛈𝛈𝛈𝛈 -Einstein manifold, provided f1 − f3 ≠ 0 and ∅-recurrent generalized Sasakian-space-form having a non-zero constant sectional curvature is locally ∅-symmetric.
According to the prior studies individual investors do not act according to the traditional finance assumption. Rather they take investment decision under the influence of several psychological and other factors. In this paper individual investors of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) were taken underurvey on sample basis who are on the market since 2008 till now. The study was made to identify the most influential factors which affect investment decision of individual investors. For this purpose demographic and social economic variables were asked under different questions. The paper discussed and used relevant theories to select those questions. Investors’ response was used apply under PCA. After factors analysis it was found that Psychological factor is the most dominating influence upon investor’s decision making process. Micro economic factor and social factor also have influence on selecting investment securities. Though not very much but, little influence also has been observed by macroeconomic factor and. Index and knowledge of financial analysis of stock market is not very significant to the investors in fact most of the investors do not understand the process and exact meaning of index. It is suggest that, the amateur investors should gather more knowledge about the market and take every declaration under consideration. In order to avoid herd behavior, investors can gather past data and control their representative bias if they want to seek target profit.
Infertility is the inability of a sexually active, noncontracepting couple to achieve pregnancy in one year. The causes of male infertility include, the testicular primary failure, deficient gonadotropin secretion or due to unexplained causes. The present study was conducted to verify the relationship of male sex hormones changes with spermogram. To achieve this aim 75 infertile men with ages of 30.9±5.8 y and 35 fertile men with ages of 31.5±6.3 y (control group) were enrolled and the prevalence and pattern of endocrinological abnormalities in the patients were investigated for male infertility who attending the Central Public Health Laboratories Department of Hormones and Kamal ALSamaraie hospital period from September 2009 to April 2010.
All over the world, security has been a major concern in every home. Here, a security system has been developed that uses sensors to detect any security violation and sends out the alert signal by high intensity Buzzer. The system mainly consists of LDR, Laser, Logic Gates, Microcontroller IC, LCD, Keypad and Relay Circuit. L3 stands for LDR, Laser and Logic Gates as these 3 components form the core idea of the system. This system is mainly implemented on the present doors with lock-key method. Thus providing Double Authentication i.e. the door can only be opened with the right password and right key. Another feature of the system being that, using different logic gates combination the system is designed in such a way that the buzzer won’t be switched off even though the intruder cuts the wires connecting the Buzzer and main control circuit. The system is designed and developed using simple locally available components and by considering every tiny factor it is made both reliable and affordable. Performance and cost analysis studies are also carried and also a glance into the future upgradations such as SMS service, PIR sensors and IR sensors that be introduced in the system.

Most of the coal production in India comes from open cast mines contributing over 81% of the total production. A large number of open cast mines of over 10 million tons per annum capacity are in operation. Mining activities particularly opencast mining in huge forest areas results into loss of biodiversity, loss of nutrient qualities and microbial activities of the soil system. Opencast mining releases huge amount of mining wastes to the upper part of the land surface as overburden dump materials. In this study, the site selected for the experiment was overburden dump at different mining areas under Raniganj coalfields (RCF). The overburden (OB) samples were collected during the months of February and May 2010. Physico chemical characteristics such as Bulk density, Grain size distribution, pH, Electrical conductivity, Organic carbon, Organic matter, Nitrogen and Available phosphorus were determined in the Geoenvironment Division Lab, CIMFR Dhanbad.
