Now day’s a new culture has been cultivated of not carrying the money with you but still you can buy whatever you want this is known as plastic money culture and become plastic money fanatics. Mostly people are carrying debit/credit cards in their pockets every time for our day to day requirements. But still people are not fully benefited with the advantages of these cards. Therefore this paper is an attempt to find that all features are used by the customers or not. If not than what are the reasons behind that. The paper contains qualitative as well as quantitative analysis. This study is based on information obtained from primary sources which includes 200 customers which are taken from the selected cities of Punjab state names Jalandar, Ludhiana, Kapurthala, Patiala and Amritsar. The customers in the sample include 40 customers each from selected five banks.
Expert Systems have been used to solve complex problems efficiently if the information available is in descriptive form rather than numbers. The study has aimed to use Fuzzy expert systems to estimate the labor production rates. Production rate values of formwork installation of beam have been measured from the project sites and factors influencing the production rates have been recorded on scale in descriptive form. Fuzzy expert system developed in this study has been compared with the previous Fuzzy expert systems used for estimating production rates. Mean Square Error of the previous and new models has been calculated and shows that proposed model gives high linguistic and numerical accuracies. Hence, the Fuzzy expert system developed in this study can be used reliably for estimating labor productivity by the construction Industry.
The study examined the impact of human resource allocation and utilization on the academic performance of students in public and private secondary schools in Ondo State. The study recognized the teachers’ quality while the students’ academic performance in the JSSCE and SSSCE is part of the output variables. The study made use of 900 teachers and 100 principals selected through purposive random sampling who responded to the research instrument from both public and private secondary schools. Three research questions and two hypotheses were raised in the study. Data were gathered through a self-developed questionnaire titled Human Resource Allocation and Utilization Questionnaire (HRAUQ) which was subjected to face and content validity by colleagues. The reliability value was 0.79 which indicated that the instrument was reliable before it was administered on teachers and principals. Analysis of data reveals that no significant difference existed in the quality of teaching staff and students’ academic performance between the public and private secondary schools. These findings provide vivid evidence for recommendations such as improving quality of input through training and re-training of public and private secondary schools teaching staff and adopting quality control measures towards increase in internal efficiency of the school system.
Modern life style is posing a series challenge to human health. The fast change of ever changing trends in modern life is causing physical, moral, mental, and spiritual problems. Chaos and confusion, stress and tension, commercialization and competition in every walk of life has lead to a situation where man is finding itself helpless regarding his personal health and hygiene. An individual who comes to this earth has every right to enjoy each and every gift of nature, to live freely and happily. Technological advancement has resulted in reduction of physical labour and increased mental labour. Tough labour in turn has resulted in psychosomatic disorders such as hyper tension, diabetes, insomnia acidity, gastric problems etc. Basically these disorders are caused due to faulty eating habits, stressful working conditions lack of physical exercises and proper rest. Yoga is the only possible remedy to counter these hazardous habits. Practice of yogic principals and virtues are the only means wherein an individual can make his life happy and free from miseries. Health and wellness is the concern of each and every person. The condition of modern life offers us much less in spite of our material wealth, than it did to the previous generations. We suffer from the modern disease-stress stress created by selfishness, competitiveness, acquisitiveness and insensitivity to the destruction of our human relations and environment. As a result we suffer from all sorts of physical and mental illness which evens our modern schools of medical science cannot alleviate. Instead, many people are turning to a far older tradition, a tradition that appears to be steeped in religion and mystery, but, in facts, are much more pragmatic in its application to our everyday lives than it would first appear. Yoga should not be considered as an antiquated myth of yesterday because it has as much validity and value now as it had ever before and can offer guidance and help to the modern man. There are

Over the last 20 years spacecraft formation flying has been the subject of numerous research activities due to the advantages offered when compared with large, complex, single purpose satellites. With the obvious advantages of increased functionality and enhanced reliability, come however, also substantial challenges in the maintenance and reconfiguration of the spacecraft formation. The present paper addresses these problems by proposing two approaches that can be mathematically validated thus making it attractive for safety critical applications such as proximity operations. The first approach hinges on the implementation of pursuit algorithms first studied by French scientist Pierre Bouguer in the 18th century. The proposed approach separates the control law into two distinct stages: planar movement control and orthogonal displacement suppression. The second approach relies on the use of motion camouflage which is a hunting technique widely used in the natural world that allows a predator to approach a prey while appearing to remain stationary. A number of different scenarios are presented and the two approaches implemented within them. Numerical results shows that both methods are robust to dynamical uncertainties and do ensure the correct reconfiguration manoeuvres.
This study investigates the impact of used vehicles on the environment by sampling a number of such vehicles and carrying out exhaust emission measurements using the Exhaust Gas Analyzer. The exhaust emissions (CO, CxHy, NOx, CO2, SO2) were analyzed to ascertain the level of its concentration.
In this study, we proposed an approach for investigating whether vehicular emissions vary with Ambient Temperature and Humidity of the day. The proposal includes mathematical models that can be used to predict the amount of pollutants dispersed into the atmosphere at a particular time of the day. The pollutants include; NOx, CO, CxHy. These pollutants were measured and analyzed during the morning and afternoon periods, using the Exhaust Gas Analyzer and the Digital Thermometer/Hygrometer. The measured and estimated values of these pollutants compared favorably using MATLAB simulations.
In this research we will focus the details of the IT System and business process requirements of IT Package need to be installed at Data Centers. This research details the project requirements, which are to be met by the applications and interfaces required within Data Center between different hardware and software systems. The objective of this research includes the design and development of Data Center architecture, hardware availability, proper installation and commissioning of all related networking equipments, storage devices and high end servers as per the current international standards.
The self organising maps are gaining popularity as they help in organizing the haphazard data in topological maps. They conserve space in storing, help in pattern identification, matching, recognition, data mining etc. The Neural Networks designed by Hopfield is applied in this paper to organize the returns produced by seven exchange rates by the competitive Kohonen algorithm. Our analysis produces interesting self organizing maps for these currency returns. All exchange rate returns are nicely organized in a solid tight group and placed at the center of the boundary rectangle except for US dollar, European Euro and Korean Won. One weekly grouped return fall outside the boundary rectangle for these three exchange rates. These grouped returns are outliers which could have germinated by significant information or an economic event happened in these countries.
