In this paper authors study a new class of harmonic functions defined by using Salagean Integral operator with varying arguments. We obtain coefficient inequalities, extreme points and distortion bounds.
A portal is developed using open source tool called Liferay for water management and city management using data acquired from sensors deployed in overhead water tanks and across the city at different locations. The parameters captured from sensors are water level and parameters captured sensors deployed across the city include dust, UV, temperature, light, humidity, sound and air quality. Data generated by these sensors amounts nearly megabytes of data per day and gigabytes on an annual rate. Real time analytics help in monitoring and management of water resources and rate of pollution across the city. Visualizations are provided in the form of a time series graph. The visual representations are plotted using d3.js graphs in real-time, hence allowing the users to take corrective decisions with respect to water usage and managing pollution across the city.
From the myriads of research on the applications of intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory in decision making, one can easy say that intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory is of great importance in decision science due to its efficiency and reliability. Here, we proposed a new area of application of intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory in appointment of positions in an organisation using intuitionistic fuzzy sets approach via max-min-max rule.

With the rapid development of telecommunication industry and usage rates of mobile phone users in Bangladesh truly it is significant to know whether the customers are satisfied with the service of their operator or how the operators think to provide better service to attract its valued customers. In this study, we have examined the determinants of customer satisfaction and loyalty conditions of Grameenphone to recommend what service factors could be applied strategically to sustain the leadership over the telecom industry in Bangladesh. The findings confirm that customer satisfaction and loyalty would be enhanced if the operator emphasis on core service factors like service quality, brand image, service charges, network quality and Value Added Services (VAS) etc. For this the study is conducted on 150 Grameenphone subscribers in Bangladesh. The Chi-square test for customer satisfaction factors and customer loyalty factors suggests that GP’s customers are satisfied with their services but 40% of them still are not willing to subscribe about GP to other potential users. On the basis of the findings, the study concludes by recommending some potential service factors that could be helpful for GP to gain the competitive advantage and will create a positive impact over customer’s mind about receiving GP’s service.
The purpose of this article was to outline the benefits of integrating human resource development with organization strategies. It was to outline the perceived gap and show how the two are linked and how this link can contribute to organizational development.
No matter how different sociological ontology, epistemology and methodology are, they pull together reasoning the social world for a better human understanding. So of their diverse theoretical paradigms and perspectives that developed over the time make sociology a distinct discipline. But so far their internal contradictions and dualism and could not be resolved, and rather invites challenges for the future prospect of world sociology. The challenge is not how they thrive humans on different or almost many a unique universe of meanings but to see their crossboundaries of meanings. Our study also reveals that now the foundationlism- the theoretical narratives of Durkheim, Marx and Weber (DMW) have been reconstructed and regained with a fresh lease of life in the sociological world. But the proponents for such original building block are not always visible protagonists. However, in this context, the neo-functional theorists buttress structural functionalism by introducing with some radicalism whereas the critical theorists juxtapose the conflict theoretical perspectives uncovering many missing dimensions of suppression and exclusions of sociological marginal and minorities.
The agency theory through the model «shareholder is useful to describe the contractual relations between all the speakers and to explain the government of the agricultural cooperatives. However, the agricultural cooperative is a "contracting nexus" which is the place of crossing of several fascinating parts, whose interests can diverge. The need for setting up a system of government company is due to the divergences of interests between the various parts of stakeholders. In this paper we explain this divergences in the case of cooperative firms.
